I didn’t know Tim personally. But I still feel I got a glimpse into who he was as a person through his music. I have a history of mental illness. So Tim’s passing struck me even harder. Many of his songs lyrics speaks to the heart. And are about the struggles but also about the love in life. I truly believe Tim made a big difference for many people’s lives. Wish I Had known Tim. I think we could have had some great talks about life. See you among the stars. A friend from Denmark

Vår familj har följt Avicii sedan hans stora genomgång med låten Levels. Vår son heter också Tim. Avicii har inspirerat honom enormt under åren. Vi har varit på hans konsert och det är oförglömligt. Vår Tim var i en DJ utbildning i Grekland förra sommaren och i sitt rum håller han på med sitt musikprogram. Rummets ena vägg är målat med svart och vitt AVICII dator och mobil har honom som bakgrund. Anki och Klas vi är innerligt ledsna över er sons bortgång. Många styrkekramar ❤️

Thanks Avicii for being a part of my secondary school. I first listened to his music when i was searching for a song that played in a toothpaste commercial. The song's name is " Addicted to you". Even though at that time English was my difficulty i always tried to understand each word of the song . Now it's a little bit better but i still keep this habit … as a way to both relax my mind and learn English

The first time I listened to Avicii was back in 2011 when I first heard his breakout track Levels. I was utterly captivated. His music has inspired me to be creative and his music has kept me going through hard times. He continues to amaze me with his music even after his passing. I write this exactly one year after his death and listening to some of his tracks that I haven't heard has made me extremely nostalgic and sad. His memory will live on. Long live Avicii and god bless Tim Bergling.

I was dancing in a club (2013) and “wake me up” started to sound. “All this time i was finding myself and i didnt know i was lost” resonated inside of me as if you knew me. If be4 i loved your music in that moment i felt you an equal in the way. We both are sensitive too sensitive for this world and many days i just wonder if i could have saved you. You know i’ll dedicate my life in helping others. Next september i’ll be 30. As you would. Wild child i will celebrate it for you too.
