I started to listen to Tim's music when I was like 8 years old. When I heard his hits like Wake Me Up Hey Brother or super emotional Waiting for Love for the first time I immediately knew this music won' t abandon me. I'm still having goosebumps almost every time I'm listening to it. His unforgettable touching and good-vibes music will stay with me forever. And so with millions of fans in this beautiful world. Dear Tim I fell in love with your music in 2013. From then on your music helped me through so many hard times. She followed me through break ups mental breakdowns and happy summernights. Your music was always there. But then there was this day the 20. April 2018. I still can‘t believe you’re in heaven now. I miss you so much even if I never met you personally. "Wake Me Up" Helped me feel okay in the midst of deep depression. I found every version possible and downloaded it because when i listened to it i was home and i was safe and i was loved. Haha kommer ihåg när jag och polaren satt och väntade ivrigt på att du skulle släppa låten "Silhouettes". Om jag minns rätt så var det en livestream med en nedräkning som det gick att se på. Vi satt närmre 2h och väntade för att vara dem första för att höra låten. Ett annat minne som sitter mig väldigt nära är också min student. Vid utspringet så hade hela klassen kommit överens om att "Levels" var den enda och helt rätta låten att spela. Evig kärlek Tim och tack för alla minnen. Kärlek Anton.

His album Stories meant a lot to me it made me feel understood. This helped me a lot growing up when I listen to the album I feel all of these emotions: loneliness love calmness anxiety despair and hope. All these seemingly unimportant passages in the songs really helped puting my mind in a more positive state. (Breathe for a minute breathe for a minute… I´ll be okay) I would have loved if one day I met him as a person and give some of that hopefulness back and just say “thank you”.

I dont know where to start. There is so many memories made from you Tim. Remember back in 2012 i think it was me and my friend sat down and waited for I think it was "silhouettes" to release. If i remeber correct it was livestreamed on a website with a countdown. We sat there for almost 2h just talking about your music and how amazing it is. "Silhouettes" and not to forget "Seek bromance" too are still my favorite songs of all time. Älskar din musik och kommer alltid att göra det. Vila i frid.

I have always listened to Tim's music but have never really known much about him that is until I watched his documentary. ik was altijd al fan van tim… in 2015 overleed mijn oom hij was nog maar 31 en pleegde zelfmoord… 'wake me up' was zijn favoriete nummer en dus draaide we die ook op zijn crematie.. ik ben daarna echt een die hard van geworden en toen was het zover dorpsfeest waar ik zo lang op gewacht had.. belt mijn toen nog beste vriendin die zegt 'mees avicii is overleden..' ik hang direct op en ren de tent uit zoek info op internet en barst in tranen uit… lieve tim legend voor altijd in mijn hart
