*sigh* I dont know where to start. Im left speechless. One of the worst days of my life. I was crying the whole week. Avicii's music was definitely most inspiring music of all time. Still listening to his music with tears. Rest in peace. You were inspiration to me and a lot of other people. Very sad such a star had to end like this. 2018 was worst year of all for celebrities. Though I had heard and loved his MUSIC for years I did not know Avicii was the man behind the music. As a 65 year old male I did not keep up with the music scene. I have recently become acquainted with the MAN. Avicii's conspicuous humility sincerity and talent was (is) astonishing. Behind his mixers and multiple decks Avicii danced to every beat while untold millions danced in front of those decks. I regret that I did not learn the name sooner. A remarkable talent; a remarkable man.

I remember the summer of 2013 I went to my first party ever and the only hit we were blasting all night long was Wake me Up. I still love that song and get goosebumps everytime. Tim was a genius and he will forever live in my heart.

I was watched Avicii's interview on youtube and noticed that he was peaceful person. He wasn't that kind of person who like to be noticed. He made beautiful awesome and great music and now his gone. I first heard Tim (Avicii) back in 2011 when he released Levels and honestly the track blew up. After hearing that I was like "who is this avicii guy". After hearing this I went to his youtube I started watching his vlogs of when he used to go touring and from then on I was hooked. I started Djying 3 years further to that I started producing all because of your music and your videos. I just want to thank him for making me slightly of who I am now such a big inspiration. Throughout summer 2013 when I was 12 whenever I turned the radio on Wake Me Up would be playing – if we were driving I'd open all the windows and turn the volume right up. Those days were amazing – I've got Avicii to thank for that. I'll never forget him or those memories.

Yesterday was my birthday 65 years and today… 9 months from your death. You'll be always 28 you'll stay forever this young you'll keep your promise to never get old. Forever gold your hair forever clear your eyes forever bright your smile. I started writing a sort of essay on your lyrics; you deserve it because the texts of your songs are true poetry. I don't know if this work will ever be published but I don't mind: I must write for me and for you son of my soul frail and immortal.
