Tim's passion for music was truly remarkable and inspiring. Grew up listening to Avicii as I was beginning to listening to EDM music and he was truly a pivotal pioneer in this genre. Will forever appreciate and love his music forever. His music brings me to a happy place allows my mind to wander. God bless your soul Avicii you are loved so much glad you are no longer in pain <3

i first started listening to avicii back in 2014 when times got hard for me his song wake me up hit me it helped me get through a dark and deppressing time so if he is lookiing down on all of us from above lets just say wake me up when its all over

It's already been almost a year since you've passed. I still can't believe it. There was a time in my life where music was the only place I could turn to and relax. Avicii's music inspiring to me and it kept pushing me forward. To this day I still have all of the albums on shuffle in my car on my phone and on my computer. You revolutionized the art of what it meant to be a DJ and you moved the industry. This world will never be the same with out you. Your legacy will live on forever.

Even though I did not see Avicii live in concert I really connected with his music. There weren't many DJ's like him who created such a unique sound to his music. Some of my favorite songs today were written and produced by him and I perform them when I gig as well. I am a singer/guitarist and will always be inspired by Avicii who was to me one of the best DJ's to ever live. Rest in Peace

Your documentary is eye opening. It made me feel more understood. Like you “I didn’t take the time to think about what I really wanted to do. I just went along with the flow. I first learnt of AVICII because of Wake Me Up and that introduced me to EDM as a whole. I still cry every now and then. The most recent one was some days ago when I listened to The Nights. And as the song says : “One day you’ll leave this world behind so live a life you will remember.” Or from the video itself “I want to be remembered for who I am not how much money I made.” You did you are and you will AVICII. As long as history books remain you will never die in our hearts.

Was listening to Avicci today what a great talent and such a sad loss RIP ?

I was 20 years older than him when by chance I went to his concert in Las Vegas I loved I was thriller. A sense of sadness pervaded me when I heard about his death. Today I watched the movie Avicii:True Stories. I'm still sad but mostly impressed about his life and probably conscious that with a little bit of more respect for him his person his body his mind his needs (typical things between true friends) Tim would still be with us. Not regrets what a beautiful passage on Earth.

It was my best friend's birthday and we went to one of his concerts in Washington DC. He honestly was the main reason and is still one of the main reasons my best friend and I are so close.. He brought the love into our relationship and that night is my most treasured nights. I've always been a fan since the first time i heard him and just to see him live was a dream come true.. I got the same experience when I went to Ultra as well. Those moments I will never forget. He taught me to live again

I had just started Secondary School when Avicii’s ‘Wake Me Up’ was released. Every morning on the bus to school I would play that song bursting through my earphones on full blast. Life seemed so easy back then I didn’t have to worry about anything. His music really got me through the first few years of Secondary and for that I am eternally grateful. Even now I find myself listening to his music and it transports me back to that school bus with the sun streaming through the windows. Happy ?

I remember the day he died I was with my friend who had spent the summer with me. We had played his music til 1 2 am on the balcony. and it felt so magical. His love carried me through many failed relationships. I saw him again at a concert and saw the signs. He was unhappy and not feeling fulfillment in life. My name is Katherine and I am an author. The song levels by avicii was playing at a party when i met my first boyfriend ever. Him and I are now married and have 3 kids together. We played the song at our wedding and we will always remember what the song represented and how we felt at that moment when it was playing at that party. Tim you will always be with us.
