I was trying had to make myself believe that it was a not a fake news. Even today I don't feel like I have completely accepted the truth that you are no longer among us in flesh and blood. My will to one day see you live shall be an unfulfilled dream. We will remember you for the ends of time. You live on in our hearts. R.I.P.

After watching the film on Tom I felt moved. Tom spoke with such brilliance he knew exactly how to tell you what he was feeling. He seemed like such an incredible person he contained so much talent. He was more of an introvert not someone who wanted to be famous but someone who loves what they do and wants to share it. It was horrible seeing his health both mentally and physically decline. And he couldn't save himself… Music was your escape Avicii your music will keep you with us forever.

When I first found out of Avicii I didn't no what kind of music I was into but then I found Avicii and he then showed me the kind of music I like or even love. Avicii will be remembered as a legend and my favorite song would have to be 'Hey Brother' because it reminded me of me and my brother when I went away for a weekend or for a match he always said 'come back not bigger or smaller or stronger or weaker come back as you and not in a hospital. I will always remember Avicii in my heart. 🙂

Im from Mexico. I discover Avicii in 2011 listening "Levels" in the radio. I feel a kind of special connection with Tim. I born on September 8 in 1999 Ten years exactly after Tim and when i read the news and see that tragedy in Abril 20 2018 i feel very very sad the whole day. I started play the "Stories" Album in my speakers very loud and i start singing and dancing in all the room and when "Waiting For Love" came… I broke in cry. I miss Tim so much. His music was perfect. RIP

I remember the first time I heard levels it was the first time I heard and fell in love with edm. From that moment on I was hooked I’ve been to hundreds of shows and festivals and because of his music I have found happiness and love not just in music but in life. I dont think people will ever understand the impact Avicii had on our generation. Most people only started listening to EDM because of him. A huge loss to music and mankind.
This might sound silly but I'm 66 grew up with the beautiful melodies of Beach Boys' harmonies and I've only just discovered Avicii and 2 of his best songs (this and Hey Brother). I guess I'll spend the rest of my days trying to catch up to what great music he left behind. Sad to have only found him after he's gone….

I remember getting picked up from school and hearing Levels on the radio. I didn’t know who it was by but I knew it was pure genius. It was perfect in every way. That is when Avicii began in my musical life. Because of Tim I learnt piano to speak Swedish and to smile. I never met Tim but every day he made me smile. He STILL makes me smile seeing videos of him. He changed EDM for the better and as a fan I am so proud of him and he is missed dearly. Happy new year to his family and friends x
I grew up listening to Avicii. His music could make me smile when I felt down and filled my emptiness with passion. I will always remember the music he made and who he was. I didn’t know him but I knew his music. His music was so good and different from others. I hope those who knew him live a happy life and that his music don’t die with him.

I grew up listening to Avicii ever since I was a little kid. I believe the first song that I ever heard of from him was Hey Brother. And then soon enough after that he came out with Wake Me Up which was a huge part of my childhood. I cannot explain how much Avicii has influenced my life in ways hat I cannot explain. He was a very important man to me and everyone else. I will never forget how much he has impacted my life and has inspired me and we will miss him dearly. R.I.P. Tim Bergling.

They are so happy sunny and beautiful. When I feel sad I listen it. Not always of course but… I think that people will remember you. They should. It was a very sunny morning of July. My family and I were driving to the airport by car. On the way we had to go to my sister to leave the guinea pig on vacation. It was boring so I turned on the “Wake me up”. I remember it so clearly. Sun road summer guinea pig Avicii’s song and my family. Later 3 moths guinea pig died. I was listening this song reading the text and crying. In 2018 I knew that Avicii died. Now song Wake me up associate with sun summer and two deaths . It makes me cry
To keep a long story short I cut all ties that I had and started fresh at 21. Avicii helped me through the loneliness financial struggles and emotional pain. I was hoping to see him live some day but now all we have is his legacy. Rest easy.
Avicii inspired me to follow my dreams. His songs about living life to the fullest and going out and doing what makes you happy that when he left us it just made it hurt more. He saved so many from the depths of sadness and brought them back even when he was struggling so much. He will always inspire me and to this day his songs keep me going. I had been chasing the song "Levels" for so many years (5 years) since I was a young kid. I had always known the song "Wake Me Up" and when I found out he made "Levels" I was over the moon. I always wanted to meet the guy. RIP Avicii you have my favorite song award.

Avicii inspired me a LOT. He inspired me since i heard about him Since then I always wanted to be like him. I just finished the documentary. He inspired me to buy myself a DJ controler build myself from scratch a studio remix lots of other artists and to all be a family. Looking now at myself I woudn't be much without him. He and his music helped me to pass my most difficult times his songs made me realise that we are all important and we matter. He also taught me that you need breaks.

Avicii was the first music producer I have ever listened to. His music introduced me to EDM and I am really grateful for it. I was thrilled when he debuted his new music style that incorporated country with EDM even if people didn't liked it. I was excited on how his style would evolved from that point on. Unfortunately we will never know now. I still listen to his music until now.

"Wake me up" och "without you" blev även tillagda i min spotify spellistaoch jag lyssnade på låtarna hela tiden. Avicii och Sandro Cavazza blev mina idoler. Sen avicii dog har jag lyssnat på alla hans låtar och lärt mig lyricsen till många. Jag tittade på "true stories" idag och kunde inte låta bli att gråta lite.
