It's Avicii that made me fall in love with edm and he was the reason why I started production…. He was true inspiration and I have no words to describe how good his music was….. I remember when I was going to bed after making some music I saw a facebook post of marshmellow saying RIP to Avicii and first I didn't believed it…. But later I started seeing posts from many other djs…. It was one of the most saddest day of my life… I couldn't even sleep for 1 week….

I have seen a video in YouTube a few months ago from year 2012 Tim was touring in Zurich and was in an interview with a boy who didnt speak english correctly and making stranger and funny questions to him Tim was smiling sometimes but was so politely with the poor boy but he wasnt understanding any question It was so fun and its so beautiful see him smiling. It makes me smile too I am nervious for listening his new song tomorrow Tim you are going to be always in my heart.

Visst Tim föddes fyra år före mig men jag har alltid känt en otroligt stark koppling till hans musik. Har också under många år brottats med psykisk ohälsa men lever idag ett bra liv med fru och två barn kollade precis färdigt på dokumentärfilmen True Stories för tredje gången och känner mig fruktansvärt ledsen över att det slutade så här önskar jag fått chansen att träffa Tim. I heard so much of his music and didnt even realize it was him. But i love it all. Such a musical genius. I listen to it so much now. I watch his performances so much now. I lost my best friend 2 years ago. He was only 34. He passed from liver failure due to alcohol. I remember his pain. Until the day he died . He searched for something else. I hope they both found it. I remember the day he died I woke up that morning at 6 am when it was 5:30 pm over where he was so he killed himself when I woke up it was sad but he made me so happy and still does he keeps me going a long the way and I can’t wait to here this new music soon

I just watched the video describing the intent and love behind making "Tim" the album. It made me remember everything that made me fall in love with edm and with avicii's music. Thank you to tim's family his fellow producers his team for deciding to release this music.

I was in 9th grade when I first heard Avicii’s song . Since then I became an aviciier. When I was goin through the most difficult phase of my life Avicii’s songs lifted me up his songs gave me strength and motivation . When ever I felt low and depressed his songs are like a medicine to my disturbed soul. He was the first artist I would call myself a fan of. Avicii's music brought my friends and I closer together. We'd laugh and belt out 'Hey Brother' at the top of our voices at discos. 'The Nights' in particular inspired me to break out of my shell and I've made so many wonderful friends because of this. He continues to inspire me to this day. I'll never forget the impact his music has had on my life. Thank you.

He managed to make me happy at least while his music was on he was one of the only reasons I didn't fall into the void. When I saw the documentary I also recognised a lot of the things he was dealing with. I didn’t really find an escape until I learned that Tim was gone. I decided that I was going to honor Tim by living my life to the fullest and that it isn’t worth to be be anxious about everything. Tim thank you for being you. I miss u

This song helped me understand that there was more to the genre than just synths and melodies.
