Avicii you will always remain in my heart. You kept me company throughout adolescence with your beautiful music. I will remember you forever and every day listening to your music … because your music really transmitted so much energy! Rest in peace Tim.

So here is my story: I'm 16 and make music in Slovenia and on my music making path AVICII songs motivate me to create better music. I'm sometimes also sad because I didn't really know AVICII that much by the time he was still alive I heard his biggest hits but I didn't really get to know him until I started making music in March of 2018. After his passing I really dived deep into his career and music to find out more about him.He is now one of my biggest role models. I miss you TIM.

I love each of your songs are seek bromance but it's not the same anymore. to hear them is connected with pain although you wanted to give us joy with your songs. You were the best you just missed them even your fans who did not know you personally. but the thought that you are no longer with us is hard to bear. I hope you are at peace and you know you are loved all over the world. You are a legend angel

He let in light to my life. His lyrics were so poignant and so inspirational to the extent that it really helped me get through some really tough times mentally. It's always refreshing to listen to his lyrics that are so relatable and meaningful. His live shows were a pleasure to watch and he always cheered me up through his music and could create brilliant party atmosphere. He is an inspiration to us all and has left behind a legacy of his music and raising more awareness for mental health.

In a stroke of serendipity I just watch the documentary about Avicii on Netflix. While I have heard a few songs on the radio in the past few years and enjoyed them very much I never had the time to dig deeper to find out who the composer behind them was. Long story short I am writing this after having just listened to the absolute brilliance of TRUE. I now have a full appreciation for the shear genius of this mans creative gifts.

You helped me dearly in 2013 when I didn't know I was lost. Your music continues to inspire me bring my family closer together and I will love you always for that. To Tim's family and friends…thank you for helping us keep his legacy alive.

I could watch Tim’s documentary over and over and over again. His passion in life for music and love is evident in the raw footage. But so are his demons. The mind is a powerful thing. Too often it can be our own worst enemy. My only wish for him now is that he has found eternal peace in a place where he no longer needs to fall victim against his own mind. Had the opportunity to spend some time with the documentary today. Some may not appreciate the following but I am left with anger at those who held Tim down when he needed so badly to be released into a more healthy role.
