When I first listened to Wake Me Up during my school's lunch break back in 2014 i went home and searched for "So Wake Me Up" I didn't Know who the artist was up until that point. So when I dug a little deeper into the channel and found all his other stuff and instantly fell in love with it. I still can't recover from the news that announced the passing of a legend six months later.

I see you for the first time in Inox Paris 2011 and will never forget the first track I heard that day “ Seek Bromance” and the goosebumps it gave me! From there on I told my friends how amazing the experience was and we saw you in 2012 and 2013 at Balaton sound in Hungary. Your music and the way it bought us together for some of the sweetest memories in my life over those two festivals will be a big part of my life.

You were one of a kind producing the "BEAT" of a generation. Your music melodies will be missed forever.

From Canary Island. Hi I'm 18 y/o and when I only was 11 I heard Levels and automatically I fell in love with Tim he changed my adolescence. I heard his music every day and with another friend we thought to be up 18 and go to see him playing…After he died i was inspired "like a revenge of death" to start with electronic music because he didn't make music. He did art for the world he will always be with me and his music will live on people hearts forever. Thank you Tim. ◢◤

On April 20th I collapsed and cried when I read online that Avicii is dead. Then I remembered this video on Youtube that got me weeks ago. It showed a strange man together with Avicii leaving restaurant in Hollywood. In the video you can see that Avicii wasn't doing well at all. So was was really worried. One thing is certain for me: Something must have happened to Avicii. Whatever was done to you rest in peace Avicii. God knows the truth.

I never felt that I truly belonged anywhere but somehow when I listened to his song s I felt whole like nothing was missing from my life. I hope now he is in a better place where he feels nothing is missing from his life.<3

I don't know how to thank you for that for everything that you have done for me but maybe one day I would be able to. I will never forget his first and last concert here in Panama on 7th march of 2012. You could feel the passion flowing throughout him when he was mixing. Levels Seek Bromance and Fade into Darkness were the tracks that I enjoyed the most during his performance. Tim you will live forever in our memory we will keep your legacy until the end of the days. Its first concert with my best friend. It was brought to life one night in BOSTON. AVICII brought us together with his music. It was like a spiritual pilgrimage. Touches us teaches us and unitied everyone. Everytime his songs plays it always brings me flashbacks to that day. 2018 is hardest year. I was dying from pancreatitis and same thing Tim was struggling. I was in a coma for 4 months & when I woke up I heard Tim passed. But when I was recovering his music brought me back. Thank you❤️

Then a girl I met in Lagos Nigeria I meet online saved me. I didn't jump. Even though I lost her I began to ok into mysef.she gae me a song that did it all. Wake me up? I first got into you when I heard Wake Me Up.. My interest grew and all of your music helped me be happy. My personal favourites are The Days and The Nights and ofc Wake Me Up. I remember when I found out. I sat there in shock and disbelief. My dad asked me what was up and I couldn’t say a thing. In August I went to Rome and while walking I saw the Avicii Logo. Every day when I wake up I check my phone for the latest news. I did this on the 20th of April 2018 too. But I was not prepared for the numerous articles that garnered my attention. I couldn't collect my thoughts the only word I could come up with was "no". I cried my way out of bed that day. I never knew Tim in any way other then through his music. He was the Elvis of modern music. I'm not religious but if there is a heaven I rest my thoughts knowing you're there in peace and prosperity.

When I first got into electronic music around 2010 Avicii was my favourite artist and has been since. I listen to his music whenever I can and it came to me as a shock to hear about his passing 🙁 He mixed so many genres creating absolutely beautiful songs and remixes. And as many artists have stated it's a true shame to lose such an amazing human being to the music industry – I can't imagine what he has been going through all those years of intense touring and traveling.. Avicii it is hard to put into words how your music and influence had touched me. You had the remarkable ability to tell elegant stories and show deep rooted love though your music. Walking the line in both EDM and pop your songs showed me to never waste time in my life sitting and wait for what I should go out and get on my own like love or friendship and most of all taking every moment the fun time the shit times peaceful ones and the hectic ones and just enjoy it just in that moment.

I miss him like a lot and I never knew what he looked like I just listened to his music he had died the same day my teacher passed away from cancer but he inspired so many people to follow your dreams and that anything is possiable.

I remember when I listened his song WAKE ME UP for the first time and I cant believe he died 4 days before my b-day. Avicii will be remembered r.i.p 1989-2018 he died at the age 28. Tim Berglin was a great DJ who was know for his career.
