I casually discovered Avicii in 2011 with his masterpiece "Levels". After that moment I started to listen his songs and I start to "live" after a very painful moment. His songs have been there in every moment of my teen age. They made me dance they made me cry. They were significant. One day I will make listen his songs to my sons and I will explain they what Avicii's songs are for me. Thanks for everything Avicii Thanks for gave me a reset button LE MANI AL CIELO BAHIA!

I loved EDM out of listening to Avicii’s mixing. I was not a EDM lover but after listening to his mixing I immediately became his fan. I have always dreamed to come over to Tomorrowland to listen and see Avicii mixing. Maybe its time for him to start his mixing in Heaven for the Almighty’s up there. Summer 2013…my 9 year old son and I driving my little car to the south of France . Heartbroken'cause the love of my life broke up with me. The only positive he left was an USB with music. The first number on it was Wake me up from Avicci. My son and I played it all the time on our two day drive and it became the theme of this holiday: strength love energy and me and my boy on the French highway driving away from the pain and heartache….
To be completely honest I wasn't that big of a fan of Tim. I just knew him through his songs. There is definitely something about a famous person's death that just makes him/her explode of popularity. I don't know why but it happens. I did become a big fan of Avicii after he died and I respect him for what he was and what he did for the community. I want to thank him for all the comfort he gave to all the people who listened to his music and he will be remembered. May you rest in peace Tim. 🙂

It's hard some people get inspired by a feeling but I'm always inspired by the music melodies of @avicii it gives me renewed opportunity to turn a life around or takeaway try to do it one more time. His music took me someplace else when I was trapped within myself not knowing how to face the darkness within me his music brought so much light that it’s now attached to beautiful memories from my life. I’ll never forget the first time I heard Levels. I was at the skating rink when I was in 8th grade and heard the song play for the first time. I instantly fell in love with it and knew I had to find it. I search everywhere for it and couldn’t find it. Then 2 weeks later after I started to give up had music shuffle on Pandora. Most of the time I skip songs I don’t know until the ones I do know come on. I decided to let it play out. As soon as the base dropped my heart skipped a beat! R.I.P. Tim

The perfection of his music I just love it. But it’s terrible that he did not always lived a nice life. I will alway remember him and I will always listen to his great music. I live in Miami and had never been to Ultra so wen I started was able to go to the festival I made it a point to see Avicii even though I passed out from heat exhaustion right before his set. It would be the first and last I saw him. But never will I ever forget hat he was the artist the drew me to love Electronics Dance Music in the first place. Thank you Tim with all my heart.
