I remember when I transferred to my university & I always felt so alone. There was an hour drive to & from the school. I didn’t have any friends there. It was sad times. But one day Apple Music suggested this new album by Avicii “Stories” and that album truly became one of the few albums I’d consider a soundtrack to my undergrad degree era. I always have the best memories listening to it. Thank you Tim.

Music whip up from your genius was your world and we got used to dance it but lyrics were your life and we didn’t give proper attention. We watched stage of your amazing shows without seeing the awful backstage when tension and pain reached the peak. When you gone we opened up eyes to soothe guilty conscience. The outpouring of tributes laced with nostalgia says much about the quality of the man and the lives he was able to touch and move with his music. Tim might not be physically here with us anymore but I take comfort in knowing that legends like him never die they just tend to infinity and for as long as his music is kept alive then his memory and legacy will always live on.

I was in tears when I heard about Avicii died. I never realized he was my favorite song producer until recently. He showed us what the phrase "Live your life to the fullest" meant. It is very sad he has left us so soon. RIP Avicci. You will not be forgotten ❤❤❤

Tim your passing made me realize how fragile life is. My daughter was living in Sweden at the time and I told her how the whole world was missing you not just Sweden. Your tracks always leveled up my DJ sets. You "woke me up" to stop spending so much time pursuing a corporate career and I went on to producer school to pursue my lifelong dream to make music. I remember I got hooked onto his songs starting with Wake Me Up back in 2013 and then Waiting For Love in 2015 for band. I remember receiving my middle-school response for my favorite song and I was surprised I knew about Wake Me Up during my childhood. His songs really live through the times for me for sure. From Wake Me Up in 2013 Waiting For Love in 2015 Without You in 2017 and finally Heaven in 2019. Thanks so much Tim.
