Music concerts tours spending hours producing music or playing an instrument all of this is important but mental and physical health is even more so. I was very saddened by Tim’s death but I also learned to say no to say what I think and what I want to have good friends and not toxic friends to eat healthy and to exercise. Take good care of yourselves ❤️
