i was in love with the song 'hey brother' i showed my grandmother the song and she loved it. Whenever i heard it it come on i would listen with her. She passed away 2 days before Avicii. when i heard the news of him i sat in my bathroom and cried because i lost her and he reminded me of her. Whenever i hear the song i think of her and the precious moment of the song.
His music is the best. I wish I could have gone to one of his concerts. Rest in peace Tim.

Tim jag önskar någonstans att någon kunnat rädda dig från alla onda tankar och demoner. Jag önskar att någon kunnat få dig att må bättre i ditt mörker vill inte ens spekulera i hur länge du befann dig i detta mörker. Jag sitter i en mellansvensk stad och har inte åstadkommit mycket i mina 34 år förutom sökande på lycka. Blir människan någonsin nöjd? Vad är meningen med att hela tiden utforska om det finns mer? Sörjer musiken som aldrig kommer jag sörjer dig som inte tog sig till ljuset.
Thank you Tim for even existing. It's been almost 10 years you entered my life and changed everything. The best thing I could say to you is thank you for make me feel alive even when its really hard to feel anything. I believe every time your music makes me feel that way it will make the same on you. Avicii saved my life multiple times. When I was alone scared and on the verge of suicide his music kept me alive and I was able to push through. Thank you Avicii.
My first ever song I bought was The Nights I remember listening to it on repeat it was the best music I had ever heard. Upon writing this I am humbled by his lyrics mind and soul tht each song encompasses. True talent and authenticity is something that's very hard to find but Avicii was all of the above. U will never be forgotten the legacy of music left behind by urself will undoubtedly exist forever.

It's April 2021 i am listening to "The Nights" by Tim a.k.a. avicii. Completely hooked by the DJing song lyrics and video. So i generally don't listen English songs (3 in 100 maybe). After listening to this i searched for avicii in google for other songs. And heart-broken to know that he is no more. It's irony how the song has the lyrics "One day you'll leave this world behind these are the times you'll remember" Well I'll definitely remember him. He'll stay in our hearts forever! Love

I heard his music in 3rd grade … It was "Wake me Up" I was in love with a girl at the time I wasn't very aware that I was enjoying Tim's music. After a few years I realized how tall Tim was. A couple of days before his death while I was playing a game I heard his music "Hey Brother". Then the news came that he had died … I will never forget this moment. I'm 16 now and I'm proud to have lived through Tim's time

Tim is the reason for my passion and love of electronic music. When i was 13 years old I was inspired by all his music and melodies. I am now 25 years old and grew up listening to his records. I now work full time in the music business and don't think I would be here with out him. He made electronic music universally acceptable to people on a daily basis his music was perfect for the radio and also festivals. Tim I really wish I could have met you and your legacy will continue to go on. RIP.

Wow! I'm nearly 63 years of age and although I knew of Tim's music prior I recently went on a YouTube journey and watched the extent of his contributions . I felt inspired and overwhelmed at such talent . I'm also way too familiar with the struggles surrounding depression and addiction losing a sister and a mother to them . I empathize with the struggles and can say without reservation that the legacy left is nothing less but tenderness and love . Thank you Tim for your heart . 🦋♥️
