I think the first time i heard one of his songs was in 2013. My uncle would flip through the radio and look to see Hey Brother was playing. We would always sing it together in car. But sadly I never knew who made that song so I was never able to find it again. Until i heard about the passing of a famous DJ. I was shocked when I realized who he was. I never wept for anyone like that before. Worst part is that it took his death for me to reunite with his music…

Avicii always stayed true to himself and was a unique person. He never limited himself to what he was capable of doing. I am saddened by the tragic loss of Avicii. Rest in peace forever. Hello. I don't know who is reading this probably his family or something. I just want to say that I miss Tim and his amazing music and I listen to his songs all the time. His entire music catalogue is my youth and it's so sad how his story ended. He was incredible. ''Without You'' is my favorite the lyrics are beautiful and it actually makes me cry. He was one of a kind.

I remember going on my father figure's boat and listening to "Wake Me Up" and that was about a month after my grandpa passed away Avicii's music helped me with a loss and I didn't even know that a few months before his family had to deal with one. I am sorry for their loss.

Haven't been on here for a while I remember coming on here everyday last year and just reading the other messages or ranting something. I remember last year for my birthday I had 'The Nights' on replay and just came on here and wrote a whole paragraph until I had no characters left. The cringe and nostalgia of me jumping up and down to Avicii's music some of the best times of my still a teenage life. I finally got the meaning of Hey Brother after listening and rewatching the music vid 🙂
my gym teacher every class in elementary school played his songs while we were exercising every year i was in that school(6 years) the more gym meaning more Avicii. I really love Avicii and im still a big fan like i was. i am in 8th grade atm and been a fan since debut (kindergarten) has been really great experiencing such incredible music and i will always miss him since he was the first ever artist i listened to. Everybody has a story that is important according to theirself. My story is doing that I don't want. My life has been passing with my friends and family who want doing something that I don't want. I chose my job for my family I chose my life for my friends. I exist for other people I live for their lives. Everything is in my mind my thoughts will always stay in my mind. When I was a student of the graduate school in California I met a wonderful song which was Levels. Levels dramatically changed my concept about music like being struck by lightning and I thanked Avicii. Everyday I listened to his songs again and again. Hi. most people probaly wont see this but i used to always listen to avicci. ive went through some rough times but whenever i hear his music it just tears me up i know that some people that we love wont be here forever. and avicci was one of the people that i loved. i was just astounded when he left this earth. it was like a knife stabbing my chest. when the news came to me 2 years ago i was devistated for a month. the thought that my favourite person wasnt on this eart just broke me.

When I was 10 I heard your Song Wake me Up and me and my friend would dance in her living room and just be silly and a have a great time. She moved a year later and it was really painful so I listen to that song to remember her. Thankyou Avicii for making me smile for making me laugh as a little kid. Music can transport us to a different time a different place. To help us understand we're all human even if we get caught up in everything else.
