First time I knew about Avicii was during a school party during that time I had no friends I was just passing by a hall and so Hey Brother started playing since that moment I started listening to this kind of music even though my parents didn't agree.

Some of my fondest moments have been surrounded by friends listening to his songs. The beautiful thing is he left an impact on this world that'll be forever crystalized in the form of his melodies. My first song that I heard was 'I could be the one'. It was amazing but I didn't know English in 2010 so I didn't recognized the song title. But after 8 years I found it. I started to listen song by song and then Avicii became my favourite one. I miss him. It was so tragic for me to hear his dead. Rest in peace Tim❤️😔

I remember listening to wake me up whenever it came onto my dad's 1997 honda carolla radio I was around 7-8 years old at that time. I never knew that he made that song until the time of his death and I was shocked. Soon after Tim the album came and made many beautiful memories in Mexico with my grandmother when she passed 1 year later after the trip the album for me has a new message and reminds me of my grandmother. I will both miss you guys I'll get to where you guys are someday.

The first song I've ever heard from Tim was "Wake Me Up". The flipping INSTANT I heard the first few lines sung by Aloe Blacc I knew I was hooked. He left us way too early. We could've had him well into our 70's. Elvis Presley was the King of Rock. Michael Jackson was the King of Pop. And sure as hell Avicii should be the God of EDM. You done everyone proud now rest easy bro….. R.I.P Legend.

I think the first time i heard one of his songs was in 2013. My uncle would flip through the radio and look to see Hey Brother was playing. We would always sing it together in car. But sadly I never knew who made that song so I was never able to find it again. Until i heard about the passing of a famous DJ. I was shocked when I realized who he was. I never wept for anyone like that before. Worst part is that it took his death for me to reunite with his music…
