I heard Avicii songs on the radio growing up but didn’t put a name to the music I was listening to at the time. When I was 12 my brother introduced my to the band. Their music helped me and him bind something that had been difficult considering were both neurodivergent and have very different interests. This was really the first time we had a similar interest and it made us become very close even to this day.

Ive never met Tim Avicii. Never seen him live. Though that I feel a love for him like I would for a sibling. I feel the incomprehensible pain of him being gone and I really do -think- about him everyday. Chills is a small word but a mighty feeling – and Tims music bring is it to me every day. Your songs and melodies will echo through eternity quite literally. Hope you have found rest and we all miss you tremendously. With love.

Ten years ago I went to see you. Post show a friend was in an altercation in a Jack in the Box. To diffuse the situation one of the new people we met starting chanting Levels and the whole place started going off with us. It ended up being featured in a video that you put out. It was wild. When i first listened to him his music made me feel happy. when i learned that he died it was really sad since his music made me feel alive. he made my childhood listening to him since i was 9 years old. im 13 now and he makes me feel so happy. we all miss you avicii <3.

Tim's music has gotten me through the toughest at times especially when I was sick. I've lived alone for a couple of years now and listening to his tracks remind me that I should be strong and look forward regardless of life's struggles. Staying strong I believe is easier said than done but at the end of the day it's easy to forget that we DO have people that care about us if not that then at least we should care about ourselves. And that we should live a life we will remember.
