The first song I have ever heard of Avicii was levels. I remember instantly loving it which was very surprising to me as I do not usually like that genre of music. From then on I fell in love with everything he made. It is very rare for an artist to make a song that was instantly catchy and made the listeners feel good but Avicii did that easily. He always incorporated his songs with other genres unlike other composers which is why I loved him. He was very versatile. R.I.P Avicii I love you!

Avicci reminds me of my 6 year old self getting off the bus and my dad would pick me up and drive me 25 mins to his house. (my parents are divorced and my bus stop is at my moms) we would listen to many artists but when "Wake Me Up" came on it was a jam. Listening to all of songs brings me back to those 25 mins of a car ride with my father and sis. It helps me remember all the songs that were popular that are almost forgotten now. He made up most of my childhood. But since the age of 8 I've had suicidal thoughts. I don't get help. I listen to music. Like his. Music gives me a purpose. A reason to breath. I miss him. I wish I was just able to meet him to say "You helped me get rid of my demons." Sometimes we wake up and think "They're really gone?" It seems impossible. But I guess it is possible.
