Just watched the documentary on Netflix. Thank you for sharing your dreams, hopes and struggles. You said you wanted to make timeless music – you did! I went to my local literary festival's closing ceremony recently, and there I found myself dancing to Levels with 6 strangers. To quote my internship boss – thank you for being you. Avicii changed my life, literally. My childhood was basically him and other djs and house producers, but he was something more than the others. He had something special. Something that made him, for me, the greatest producer. I will never forget when i was a kid absolutely loving all his songs never realizing that it can end one day and that day came way way earlier than i expected.

I traveled to the Netherlands last December 17-26. It was nice, but I was saddened by the theft of my bag. And my father's company became involved in legal problems and even bought a bus ticket, I was fraud which made me cry. Previously, I was so saddened to be kicked out of my chat room… Meanwhile, I remembered Avicii's song. I think "SOS" fits my situation, so I'm listening to it right now. I can feel relax because of your music. Your music makes me wake up despite frustration. Thank you.

From that moment, I discovered Wake Me Up, The Nights, Hey Brother, and many more, and he quickly became my favorite artist. His music has been a constant in my life—whether I'm happy, sad, working out, or just in the mood to feel alive. I still dance to his tracks in clubs, and every time I hear The Nights, I feel an unexplainable connection with him—it’s a song that resonates with my soul in so many ways.

Not a fan of EDM at the time, I was into American rock, country, and bluegrass bands. Our family get togethers had each member choosing a favorite youtube video, and playing it for all to see. My niece from California played the Wake ME Up video that I had never heard. I nearly fell off my chair as I listened to the most beautiful and wonderful song I have ever heard. I Promptly looked into Avicii and discovered a new and glorious sound that I still play regularly today.

When Tim was alive, I'd listen to Avicii every single day. Since his passing it's very difficult to listen. Maybe I listen once a year, it just upsets me. Being Avicii is what killed Tim. I just try to remember that wide eyed teenager making music in his bedroom, just for the love of it. Miss you brother. <3
