But one day after my birthday I was at vacation in Sweden and my mother was telling that you passed away in muscat. My heart stopped beating because we lost one of the most important musicians of the world.

I’ve been listening to Avicii’s music since I was 6 or 7. When I found out he had passed it struck me extremely hard but I never let my feelings out until 3 years later of carrying this weight on me and then suddenly I just… cracked. I didn’t stop crying for 20 min. He’s the reason why my goal in life is to be a DJ like him. Whenever I went through tough times his music would always be there. I remember finding out about Tim's passing during my freshman year of high school and being absolutely crushed. I grew up listening to Wake Me Up in car rides with my father and Levels at all of my school dances. Rest in Peace Tim. Thank you for all you contributed to music. What a legend.
