Still really hard to believe that it's been 2 years since we've lost Tim. Such an amazing artistic soul. There have been days when I've cried trying to get over the fact that he has died. But I still do believe that he'll remain in my heart forever and my heart has a special warm place reserved for Tim. I was always a big fan of Avicii through childhood and levels introduced me to electronic music. I just wish I realized the force he was and how amazing his lesser known tracks were before death. Such a cliche but you really never know what you have till it is gone. Unsurprisingly Tim was instantly immortalized and in his short time on earth layed the blueprint for so many people to live an inspired life and never forget the infinite connectedness all human beings share on this Earth.

Hi Tim you know every time I listen to the instrumental version of Heart upon my sleeve my heart starts beating exactly to the beat of that music in the same way it slows down and gets up. It takes my breath away and then gives it back again. I bought your first album TRUE years ago and that melody made my heart beat wildly. In school our music teacher always put on Avicci's music when we walked in the classroom. It's been 5 years since then but I can still remember our teacher dancing with a big smile when everyone entered the classroom. I have been a big fan of oh brother where art thou and the music behind it since I was very young. I discovered Alison Krauss and Union station through my dad and fell in love with that side of country music. The lead singer of union station is Dan Tyminski who collaborated with Avicii on his song Hey Brother and I was in love with the song from the first moment I heard it and knew that Avicii was an artist to watch out for using different artists from all backgrounds and genres of music.

I remember with joy those times that I can’t relive this summer: due to lockdown I’m still locked far from home in a Country that’s not mine. I nev knew Tim. Hadn't even heard of him until recently. But I saw this game called Invector appear one day on the xbox store. And I heard the music. And I just bought it. Instantly. Then I started reading about Tim and my heart broke. Like him I've struggled with depression and mental health problems my entire life. I'm scared of letting people down. And I've often used alcohol and painkillers as a crutch to help me keep working. I'm sorry Tim didn't make it. But he wont be forgotten.

Not much but his song "Wake Me Up" was once used to as a background of this boy I knew presentation soon after he'd gone but almost like a sign that song played everywhere each time I'd turn on the radio and in stores. It got me thinking about how no one had been the kindest people didn't allow the boy to grow maybe that's why he left and I thought about how I missed him I soon found him and saw how my few kind word changed him and he'd changed me this song helped shape us to be good people.
