The Nights was the first song that I listened to. It's been an inspiration to me ever since my freshman year of high school. Now going into my senior year with this pandemic cancelling my Junior year I've decided to follow a dream of mine to help others go into the medical field as an EMT/Paramedic all because "I want to be remembered for life I lived not the money I made" "One day you'll leave this world behind so live a life you will remember" Miss you Tim rest easy. <3

I started listening to his music about 4 years ago and I loved it the first time I heard it. One year later my friends and me made a singing group and everyday we sang Wake Me Up. When I was 9 years old I went to Poland for vacation. I was casually listening to music on the radio when they announced that Avicii was gone. I was deppressed for the next two weeks but then I heard SOS and that inspired me to write music. Love you Tim. You will have a place in our hearts always.

I think firsr time was when I heard 'levels' as many of us but the impact was when I heard 'wake me up' listened to it through all my holiday at a time in 2013. i have been a fan of Avicii's music from almost the beginning of his carrer but at that time i was a little girlwho just danced to his song and did not understand a word. Now as a twenty years old i can feel the power and energy of every piece of art he had made. I can listen to a song that makes me smile to my ears from joy and at the same time there are songs that make me cry from the first second in. Rest in piece angel!

I remember my first song heard from Avicii…it was "without you" and it felt like i when a little kid 's bare feet lands on soft grass for the first time. I fell in love with that song. And soon many after followed like "hey brother" or "waiting for love" ..to be honest. Every single song woke up inside of me a memories of me and my family being on a vacation and how we had a great time together..Tim was creating something that can't be replaced with anything. It makes me deeply sad how his severe psychological problems evolved under the pressure of the music industry were not recognized by his team and ultimately led to his suicide. I lost my girlfriend 18 months ago due to cancer at the age of 18. I think i can comprehend the loss his family feels. I doesn't disappear with time you learn how to go on with life but that pain and grief stays forever. Although I didn't know you personally I can indentify with you in a lot of ways..

From a young age Avicii's music spoke to me like no other. While growing up as much as I loved music I would never listen to a full album except Avicii. During high school I used to have to get a bus in the mornings which was filled with people who were rude and nasty however when I had my earphones in Avicii on I was suddenly filled with happiness. His music has always filled me with this euphoric feeling which still continues to this day. I am so thankful I was able to see him live. RIP.
