I remember drawing this on my arm every day when I was bored at school as a 12 year old. "Maybe I will find the people who have this too" Last night I felt really bad. I thought “I should just get a tattoo. like now.". I have no sense of time at all I don't even know what day it is. until a reminder appeared on my phone. April 20. it's been fucking 2 years.Now I have his logo permanently on my body. how is it on the other side? Ain’t it cold on the other side?◢ ◤

I first heard Wake Me Up years ago and before I had Shazam on my phone I had to remember the melody I just had to find out what it was. Eventually I figured out it was Avicii and I got True and Stories as soon as I could get my hands on them. Eventually I heard Levels and pretty much just listened to it on repeat for forever. Tim was my inspiration in making music THE reason I got into EDM. I remember I was producing a song when I got the tragic news of Tim's passing. Avicii is my favorite?

I remember the time when Wake Me Up was released I was a sophomore and in a new school that I hated. In breaks I would listen to the song on repeat and immediately felt better because that was exactly what I wanted to have someone to wake me up when it’s all over. Thank you so much Avicii for everything.

I remember when I first heard his music I thought it was wonderful. I immediately subscribed to his YouTube channel. I waited for a very long time for him to upload something but I never saw anything. That’s when I read about his death that happened about two years prior to this story. Although I wish I had the chance to listen to his music when he was still alive. His music makes me feel as if I am full and happy to be alive.
