I remember when I was 16 I wanted to do a lot of drugs and go wild I felt like I couldn't hold it together anymore and very night I wanted go go out avicii was playing on the radio. When an inter break came I heard the sad news that he had died. Ever since his music has never left my ears that's the one night that will never die.
Day 2018.04.20-guess I should’ve seen that it coming…but it caught me by heartbroken surprise. You already knew there was a plan that gone way beyond yours. Roadside you saw things clearer: slave to the road stuck by that side you were nothing but a passenger along for the ride. Through the rearview mirror you’re getting smaller. You vanished In the Air and disappear before my eyes. But we’d be some fool to let you go. Disappeared but more present than ever far away but closer than ever?
No matter where I go your music always inspires me. They are a part of me now. Even when you are no longer on earth you legacy and passion will continue to live forever.

Men … what can I say ? It´s been almost two years since he lost you. There hasn´t been a day that I´ve listened at least one of your songs which still gives me goosebumps. I have so many memories along my life while i was listening to your songs amazing feeling… Now you are watching us from up there in heaven just want to tell you thanks for make such a big impact in my life. My mom told me he was dead as we drove home from a track meet of mine. I shrugged because I didn’t know who he was. But I knew his music Wake Me Up Levels the Nights they were songs I recognized and I realized he was something else something special. Something more ascended than the rest of this world.

more than Avicii it was Tim who really marked my life. I still remember going to the kitchen seeing my mother cooking with the radio on full blast and “hey brother” playing on it. I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for three years now. Last year I was in the hospital when I was alone on that stretcher I thought about him the thought of him being next to me smiling happy because of that failed attempt made me hold on. He is amazing. I love and miss him so much.

Avicii endured his hardest times as well as he could do. He always made the best anybody could want and our reactions to his death can prove it. In my personal story I was pretty sad and upset about it since his music made me go through many problems I had and pretty sure others would’ve been helped too. Yes as everybody is saying he wasn’t really like a human. He was more of an angel that was just temporarily on earth. We all hope he’s flown high.

Quite weirdly came across Tim’s tribute show on YouTube from December 2019 in Stockholm. I’ve been unable to get Tim out of my head for the last two days. I’ve been listening to his music on repeat mostly the slow and meaningful songs with every word striking a cord in my heart. Is it weird or possible to miss someone you’ve never met? Tim showed me true music and I had the utmost pleasure to see him play live in Ibiza – the first ever play of “Wake Me Up”. Thank you Tim. ❤️ ◢ ◤
