The first time i heard his songs i was a little kid,who never liked music but after i heard the song levels i always wanted to hear his music, when i read that avicii died i was crying for a few days. R.I.P Tim ❤️
I first head levels nearly a decade ago in a club. My taste in music, my world… it all changed because of that one song. He has affected me so deeply and so profoundly even though we’ve never met. If makes me heartbroken to think of his final moments – the loneliness, the depression, the thoughts that being gone would be better. It’s still unreal to me. Thank you, Tim. You’ve been a light in this world, and I wish you love. ❤️
Before I knew Avicii, I had written a song that reminded me of "Levels." When it was released, I realized that EDM pop had arrived, and Tim became a great source of inspiration because he had made it. When he passed away, I was going through a depression, and only later did I decide to step away from music to see it from a different perspective. How I wish he were still here, my twin from the other side of the world. In my sets, I always moved my hand like him without even knowing it.
