Avicii managed to get me out of a severe depression 3 years ago I tried suicide several times. finding out today that he died more than a year ago shocked me a lot because I didn't know that. Avicii you helped me a lot you will always be in my heart thanks for everything. F

I remember when I heard Avicii. It was a hot summer day and it was playing in my local supermarket. I bought a brocolli and two loafs of bread one of which I lost on the way home. I will never forget his music and that day. Thank you.

When I heard the news I cried a lot. It was April 20 2018 I remember that day as if it were yesterday. With his music Avicii has helped me to overcome difficult days and moments and now almost 2 years after his death I miss him very much. I find myself so much in his songs he was and will always be a poet as well as a DJ. Teach the tenants of Paradise what edm music is! Rest in peace legend and remember that these never die! You will be forever in our hearts❤

I heard Tim's music for the first time in Forza Horizon on Xbox 360 it was "levels" and I fell in love with this song but I was 6 years old and I couldn't look for it on the internet due to a lack of skill. Now after seven years when I came back to the game for memories I was waiting for "levels". When the music started to play I started the engine and started but nostalgia hits very hard so I started to cry. Thanks for the memories Tim.

I dont know if its just me but I avoid looking at your old pictures & videos. I avoid it because the pictures I see of you smiling & laughing isn't who you was in your final days. I'm such a big fan of Avicii so I started writing a series of comic books staring him as the main character. My comics are crossovers with movies (X-Men DC Extended Universe) and TV shows (The 4400 The Haunting Of Hill House). Starting from the fourth comic Avicii is a ghost and becomes the guardian angel of his friend Citizen G (based on Citizen Z from "Z Nation"). I know I can't publish my comics because of copyright but this is my way of keeping a deceased artist like Avicii alive. RIP

When I was born I was immediately adopted. I never had a father figure who taught me life lessons. Yet through Tim's music I learned many things about life. How to more than just live but to actually enjoy everything I do and to do it to my best ability. I've always had courage issues but with Tim's music I actually got the courage to go out and do things. He helped me after I was sick in bed for a year straight. Tim you will always be loved and never forgotten.

Avicii had a massive impact on my life. Of coarse every summer there was always a hit song by him being played everywhere and that was a massive part of me growing up. You don't really realize at the time how big a deal his music was until you know you wont hear any new songs again by him. When the album TIM came out last year it brought a tear to my eye and it really made my summer holiday complete. As although I am now grown up it felt like it was the final chapter of my childhood completed.

I realised he wasn’t only a DJ but a fantastic composer when I start keeping his tracks on my playlists more than others that I used to delete in short time. Tim’s songs are still there since I bought the first one in 2011 and they will be there for lifetime. Tim was the living proof of the potential of every genre music he tasted. I still can't believe you're gone. I listen to your music everyday and miss you so much. I went on a school trip at the start of the summer to Belgium and The Nights was playing on the way there. Everyone on the coach knew the words and started singing even some of the teachers joined in. When we got on the ferry going back home someone played it again and even people who we didn't know joined in ◢◤
