The sheer impact you had on everybody in your life shows just how amazing you were. Gone too damn soon. I keep revisiting this memory board and listen to your songs and videos just to find some comfort. One year later and it still doesn't sink in. You've left us with a void that can never be filled. I remember first listening to Avicii.. it made me really happy. Ridiculously happy. It helped me get through a lot of hard things I was going through at the time with a positive attitude and with a feeling like everything would be okay at the end of it. Avicii's music will always have a special place in my heart and memories for being the light I needed in such a dark time.

When you died by Suicide it was heartbreaking. But youre at peace and we love that you have peace. Yes everyone is sad but your happy. My all time favorite song is Wake me up and I think the song is very true. We've all been through rough times and when the saying "Wake me up when it's all over" is very true. I grew up listening to your music and it always created a special feeling in my heart that I really can’t explain with just words. There was always a moment when you could turn on Avicii. When you was at the top of mood you enjoyed levels or hey brother or something like that. When I went to my friend’s funeral someone sang ”Without you”. I never cried so much I just felt so much feelings and thought so many thougts. I’m sure the song made me. I hope heaven takes care of you and my friend.

When I was around 12-years old I was always sad cried and just didn't understand life. I many times said to my father that I did not wanted to live anymore. In that period I listen many times to Avicii's music especially 'the nights' where they sing 'live a life you will remember' and then I thought stop crying and just enjoy your life. And indeed live a life you will remember. I really wanted to meet him and say thank you. As a symbol to show my love for him I have got a tattoo. Thank You.

I was battling with severe depression and anxiety at the start of high school. I remember sitting in the lunchroom bathroom at the high school after having a bully embarrassed me infront of the entire school. I sneaked off into the bathroom and held a knife to my throat that a bully gave me to “go kill myself with.” My favorite teacher came in and knew something was wrong and he played Silhouettes without me knowing it was him and I stopped. I decided that I would live because of his music.

I remember falling into some dark dark places and to have something in my life that I can relate to was a rock. I felt so so alone and lost in my life and hearing his music gave me strength to carry on. I know my story is all too familiar but god I would not be here without him.

We often talk about the death of famous artists who left us but one can’t make comparisons with Avicii’s dead who has ridden the stages for less than 8 years and most of the time he was also sick. We forget that Tim was only 28 years old! I don't remember a famous artist who left us so young and because of others. He was the only one that made us read in his pure soul. Tim’s story doesn’t stand up to comparison: the greatest best and youngest Artist has gone with our Divine Sorrow?????
