Occasionally I come here to read other people’s posts. This way we know we are not alone in our struggles and we miss Tim together. This time I come here to say I’m so pleased with the album Tim. It’s such a cohesive idea made by people that knew him as a professional and human being. Thank you to everyone who worked on it who doubted and tweeked every note and every sound. Tim was clearly present in the studio with each one of you. ?

I still listen to avicii almost everyday and find it fascinating how he made music I was too young to watch him at festivals but now sometimes I imagine listening to him play new unreleased songs. We all love every song of his and unreleased songs like forever yours and burn faster than light I'll spend hours listening to the raw cuts but still think it's so good. Thank you to the family and friends of avicii for finishing the album and thank you to avicii for all the joys you brought to all.

It reminds me of Levels and I Could Be The One I used to listen months ago and clearly feels that Avicii had a signature sound and melodies and that he will go huge !! It happened ! My brother and I are 45 years apart. So we grew apart when he started puberty. When he was done I was in it. One of the few things we had in common during those years was Avicii. So when we got the news we were (ironically sitting together in his car) devastated. His death kind of marks a new era for us as for the world.

Ever since I heard Levels in 2012 I was hooked at the age of 10. Over the years of hearing your legendary music on the charts and buying your albums I have come to truly love every single piece and realise all the hard work that goes into them uniting many genres in ways that wouldn't have ever been thought of and inspiring musicians and producers (including me) all over the world. Your music is and always will be a very special part of my childhood. We all love you Avicii <3

はじめてEDMを知ったきっかけは、aviciiのwake me upだった。 すごい衝撃を受けたよ、初めて音楽にそれからaviciiの曲を聴くとポジティブになれたんだ。 だが知ったのが遅すぎて知った１ヶ月後ニュースで亡くなったとというのを見たよ。 その時は、泣いてしまったよ、まだ知って１ヶ月なのにaviciiが過ごす気になっていたからね。 今僕の趣味はDJでまだやり始めたばかりだけど凄く楽しいよ。 aviciiに影響を受けて始めたよ。aviciiの曲を使って練習中だよ。 今は高校生だけど文化祭などに出てaviciiの曲を広めたいと思ってるよ。 今まで本当にありがとうaviciiは今もみんなの心で生きているよ。 天国でお幸せに。

Avicii originally got me interested in EDM and made me want to be a DJ as well. After a trip to Cyprus I got the news that Avicii died. I was heartbroken. My icon died. Now I can't wait for his collaborators and future DJs to carry on his legacy.

Listening to Avicii makes me happy and reminds me of good things in the past Tim will never be forgotten and his music will forever live on.
