Avicii has helped me throughout so much crap that’s going on in my life recently. Thank you for encouraging me to “Hold the Line.”

Tim taught me what EDM is and because of him it opened a new genre for me that has taken me to other artists. I’ve listened to lots of others and Tim is the best I know. He knew how to spread his love to so many with his music. RIP

21/4-2018 it was a beautiful tribute in the honor of Tim in Stockholm. It was a sunny and nice day but it still felt like a rainy day. ”Sergels Torg” was overcrowded with people that has gathered to mourn his death and support each other that sad day. We played his music loud and sang along. It was a very beautiful moment that many people late will forget. It’s hard to let go but you and your music will always be with us. We miss you Tim rest in peace! <3

Still it doesn't make sense that your life came to a sudden end. listening to your last projects the songs on the album TIM leave me once more speechless questioning the sense of life and the question why. It even doesn't help to think that some things aren't meant to be. Not at all. But for the sake of yours and the energy that your music spread "all the breath in my lungs is stronger than the tears in my eyes"… Thanks to all the people involved in finishing an impossible vision!

I first heard his song “wake me up” in an advert and loved it. I felt someone truly understood me the need I felt to escape it all. Listening to his music and the lyrics he felt like a kindred spirit in what can feel like a very dark world at times.Suffering from my own mental health issues I cannot imagine how much worse for him it must have been in the limelight. His death highlights the desperate need for something to change in this world. “Wake me up” has helped me though many hard times.

In times when I got tired of everything and was low… you were the one who made me believe and smile… your songs are not just songs… they are drops of hope for us people… We miss you

Tim has for as long as I've been listening to music been my favourite DJ and he will always be remembered by his timeless thinking in music and big enthusiasm. He will always be a big inspiration for all of us.

I don't think I really knew how big Tim was and how much he struggled but after listening to the TIM album these songs hit me hard. I relate to so many of the feelings he put in here and I'm just some dude not an EDM mega star. Dammit Tim Bergling I shed a few honest tears listening to this album. I feel your pain through this album. I never met you but I miss you. I wish you were still here so I could tell you that. Rest in peace.

Thank you so much for every second of your music. I was travelling on the Hong Kong MTR when I first listened to Levels and I can still feel the goose bumps I had back then.

I started listening to Avicii when I was 13 years old. Some of my best teenage memories still play in my mind with Tim’s music in the background… When I was 15 I won the Avicii Headphones giveaway on Facebook. I never had headphones before I was so happy! Thanks to that I started producing music and DJing and Tim’s tracks will always be my favorite ones.
