Every time I see my best friend a fellow forever Avicii fan and we play nothing but Avicii music in the car at the bar in a hotel room wherever… it brings back nothing but amazing memories and smiles. so i remember the day when he died. i found out the sad news on the tv and later on in the day i played 'waiting for love'. i suddenly remembered what had happened and i just stopped and really thought about the lyrics. he was a music legend and writing this brings back great memories of him.
Thank you for pioneering and being one of the few artists to combine the genre of Country with EDM to create something truly wonderful. You will always be known as the father of "Country EDM". Even though you disliked the term you're still the first to do so and a pioneer in it's field. you led the way in crossing genres with EDM like never before inspiring other artists to do the same. My luckiest life day was in 2011 founding out Avicii’s name under Levels Video. Since then I’ve lost neither a Video nor one of your songs and they were the best years of my life. Then a sad news came: despair crying and sadness for a year but the unexpected news of TIM Album made me live again those happy years because I bought it as it was the first time and immediately added 12 new songs to my playlist thinking of You still alive. I’m trying do the same more often during the listen????

One of my fav artist. All tracks are pumping adrenaline ones. Especially track – "I could be the one" – official video is what I always recollect if too stressed with my work. Silhouettes lyrics is again my all time fav and the beats are simply awesome – takes me too deep in my thoughts especially after joint. Avicci still with me at work / home and while travelling… miss him terribly.

Every song Avicii put out was great. Whenever you were at rock bottom or top of the world or somewhere in between there was a song to fit that mood. The first song I heard "Wake me up" helped me through my parents divorce when I was 10 and 6 years later still listening to the same songs. The first time I came to terms that I'm gay I was watching the video for "Addicted to you". His music has made a positive impact on my life.
I miss you. I wish you were here to see the success that your album is having how people like me are endlessly listening to bring at least a short smile or smirk to your face. I struggle with hard days like today but then I remember you are somewhere watching in the wind in the trees and I just want to make it and be strong like you did through so much pain. I find this cathartic and makes your absence though rough fonder. My favorite is Never leave me. Love you always.
