When i was only 8 years old I remember going to Spain on holiday back in 2013 and the music you could hear was Avicii. I danced and i eventually loved his songs. When I was back home My mum played his music whilst she was cleaning the house and she could tell i loved him. Avicii/Tim means everything to me when I was younger my father went into cardiac arrest and nearly died in surgery as well as after. The song Wake Me Up resinated with us almost immediately. My sister for a school project as well as myself came up with a video of the process our father went through after his recovery. Avicii's music always plays in our home as well as in the car. We still get tear eyed when we remember that Wake Me Up was the song that pulled us out of the tough time.
My biggest regret in life? That i never had the chance to see you live! Luckily your legacy will live on through us fans and we will never stop playing your fantastic music! Your music has inspired all DJ's in the world in some way and you really did what you thought would be the best outcome when you released new songs and it hit just right every time! The joy your music bring will never be comparable! The word legend is thrown out there alot but you are a true legend Tim! Rest in peace!

I'm born and raised in Sweden and I've been listening to Avicii since I was 5 years old and I'm born 2008. I have countless memories of his music playing during my childhood and I've basically grown up in the Avicii era. I listen to him everyday and I've been doing that for the past couple of years. Avicii's music will always be a part of me and I can't describe in words how much I admire him. I will forever love Tim and the music under the name of the greatest producer ever Avicii.
Tim's music changed me. I remember when I heard "Wake me up" and "Levels " for the first time. I fell in love with Tim's music. I bought every album. From "True" to his final album "Tim". I was heart broken for a while after his passing and I got really depressed. But then I realized that Tim wants us to be happy and wants us to remember what he created. Tim’s music is a work of art it’s magic and energy in the pure state. A music that engages powerfully and anchors strong emotions. Still today when I hear it I relax I’m happy and jump of joy I cry thinking of him. Are contrasting emotions but they make me feel like I’m floating disappearing from this world.
