I can't really remember the first time I listened to his work I know that it was a long time ago when I was a teenager and even to this day I get this amazing feeling when I'm listening to his songs but this time with a bit of sadness. We saw Avicii in the Roundhouse in London September 2013 and it was the best night of my life. We had levels as our second dance at our wedding. Will always love his music.

Sweetlife Music Festival 2012 – First concert ever – Avicii and Kid Cudi both featured. We snuck into the front and I was 15 feet from the dude jumping up and down and screaming. That day was one of the most memorable of my life.

My first introduction to Avicii was 'Hey Brother' back in 2013. I remember falling in love with the song and listening to relentlessly on my iPod for the longest time. About a year later I entered a very dark period of my life. I don't think I would have been able to get through that dark period without his music. His songs sent me a message of hope – telling me that everything would be okay and that a better day was coming. His music saved me in ways you cannot imagine. Thank you Avicii.

I first heard one of his songs called "Dont you worry Child" on MTV. And then "Wake me up" was the first song I downloaded in iTunes and I would listen to it all day long. It was my Summer Hit 2013 and definetly is one of the best road trip songs. Whenever I heard it on the radio I would turn the volume up and my window down. It was great. I’m a relative latecomer to really understanding all Tim’s music and through the Avicii True Sories programme who he was as a person. I’m truly touched by how creative and truly great a musician he was and what a humble gentle and troubled guy he must’ve been. His music will live on but The foundation is a great way of supporting Tim’s legacy and doing the right thing which I believe he would’ve sincerely appreciated.

I remember to meet Tim in his studio in Stockholm was so happy and very good person. It’s very sad we never to see again Tim never new music all this stuff it’s gone. Rest In Peace Tim ◢ ◤

It was Tokyo where I first heard avicii's music. I stopped at front of a shop wondering which song it was. I went into the shop I still remember the owner is called Takeshita he told me this song. Since then I start my EDM life.RIP AVICII.

This morning at 7.10 am while getting ready for school my 8yr old daughter was belting out “without you” on her amazon dot and singing at the top of her lungs (I’m not sure the neighbours feel the same way about Avicii ?) music that will last generations Thank u! ??
