The first time heard his music my parents were going through a divorce and it was what keep me looking forward to the next day. His music is what gets me through the hard time in my life. I wish I could have seen a concert in person. His music is the best I have ever heard and is the only that l keep replaying over and over.
When I was suffering from depression I would listen to Avicii to get me through the day. His music helped save me and stopped me from ending it all!! Thank you Avicii for sharing your music with the world and thank you for saving my life!! You’re greatly missed by so many. RIP!
I remember that when I was smaller I would listen everwhere some his songs. I would just go into a store or a supermarket or walk though the streets and I would listen and even sing those songs without knowing the artist or the exact lyrics. Then I realizad they were from the best-Avicii. I Could Be The One Fade Into Darkness Levels Wake Me Up and Sunshine were my childhood songs and now they still are and they will ALWAYS be. When I first started university one of the things we had to do in the dormitories was write on our door some things about ourselves. One of the things we were supposed to write was something we thought was our guilty pleasure. This stumped me as I had no idea what to write but i settled on drawing two triangles. AV No longer a guilty pleasure now it is music that always makes me feel better whenever I am down.
Back in 2015 I was listening to a song called Levels. I kept listening to the song so much that eventually I had to search up who the artist was. His name was Avicii. I began to listen to his music constantly. After his death I got so upset that I just could not wait for the next album of his music. I cannot wait for TIM that comes out June 8th of this year.
His music was just to timeless when I listen I still get the chills and think of times when I was younger. May his legacy last forever while his soul stays alive through his art thank you avicii rip <3

I remember the first time I heard him on the radio I instantly fell in love with his music from when I was 12 to now being 17 his music pulled me from the dark and into the light When I heard he had passed I couldn't believe it and I didn't want to believe it a mixture of tears and angry questions of why. Recuerdo la primera vez que escuche una cancion de él en ese momento no conocia mucho acerca de ese tipo de musica. Pero en cuanto comence a adentrarme en su musica me termine volviendo un gran fanatico. Avicii termino convirtiendose en mi idolo de la musica actualmente hay muchos dj pero él siempre fue muy especial para mi él es el unico musico con quien siempre me emocionaba cuando subia una nueva cancion la escuchaba y al instante me queria aprender la letra.

Tim's passing is such a terrible loss. I can't believe it is already one year ago. It feels terrible. What I can tell now is that I was a personal songwriter for him. Only a very view persons know that. We had incredible moments mostly on the telephone introducing the song ideas. I will never forget him. He was an outstanding person. I still have no words for this but what I know is that he was our Hero. Some of us including me just "grew up" with his Music. He's one of the biggest losses in the music industry. First time I heard from Avicii was with my mother when I was like 8 years old she showed me the videoclip of “wake me up’ and that’s one of my most precious moments with her. Then he became my favorite artist and I showed him to my bff we drew his symbol everywhere sang his songs all the time…. Now my bff and I don’t talk anymore because we go to different schools but every time i see her we talk about him and it unites us. He has been is and will be really important in my life. RIP.

I feel in love with Avicii and his music when I heard Wake Me Up back in 2013 it sent goosebumps all over my body and filled me happiness. My first time hearing one of his songs was on my summer holiday I was chilling with my friends having fun. We were playing music when "Hey Brother" came on and I immediately fell in love with it. I was amazed. Anytime I travelled with friends somewhere we listened to Avicii. When I heard of Tim dying I literally cried whole night – I don't cry at all! I hope he got the peace he needed.
