Can't believe it is nearly a year since you left us. All I can say I that you were an inspiration to me and a lot more people. The day you passed I went to apply for an electronic music coures that evening with a friend we were on FL starting an AVICII style track. My phone brought up the news I saw something but pressed to clear and had to quickly search to see if what i read was right!! Sadly it was my friend did not believe me at first until i showed him! It was devastating! …..
I used to listen to The Nights and Hey Brother. I loved those songs and I always listened to it with my friends and my brothers. When I heard Avicii died I was in tears. Avicii was my favorite and it never beats anyone. R.I.P Avicii

I remember listening to "Wake Me Up" through the speakers at a thermal bath complex surrounded by family and friends. We all hummed along. When it was announced he will be attending Untold Festival I did not hesitate to buy a ticket and you did not disappoint me. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I’m happy to read that Tim's Foundation will be open on 20.4.19 exactly one year later. It was a really awful tragedy but out of such a dark time there can be a light. I started listening to avicii when i was 7 and now i am 11. i started listening avicii because i like his song levels (i dont really now how to spel it) i was in a situaton becuase my parents where divorcing it was a hard time for me i have depression because of it and i have axiety but i leared to control my self because of his songs i have the avicii sign on my arm right now ! His song ''Wake Me Up'' was a total bommer and I heard it 2 days before his death and didn't knew a tragedy will happen soon after. He is still in our hearts as legends never die. Nowadays Legends are dying like in the case of XXX. Tell me why? I am shocked for I can never go to see his live concert and nor can I meet him. One of the earliest dance tracks I remember was Levels it was different and stood out from everything else that's why I loved it. I started DJing shortly after levels first released and it was a song I ALWAYS had in my sets when I started doing gigs. Seek Bromance is a song I still play to this day whenever I do festivals because it creates a sense of unity. I never met you Tim but I miss you and thank you for everything. You helped me through lots of hard times. I'm sorry you weren't happy 🙁

I loved and still will always love what Avicii did. Personally my one of my favorites was the first one I listened to which was "The Nights". His music has helped me during my darker times in life. Thank you Tim for making music that spoke to me that spoke to everyone and that left great memories in so many people's lives including mine. I am not old enough to go to an EDM concert just yet but Avicii was the first person I listened to and his music got me into this genre. I have a majority of his songs downloaded and I kept telling my parents that I wanted to see him one day in concert. When the news of his death cams out I probably cried for about 2 days. I knew that it was just a tragedy for his friends family and fans. Even though he may be gone he’s still forever in our hearts. We love you Avicii. ❤️
