The first Avicii song I heard was Levels at a beach party in Lido Venice 6 years ago. It was definitely the start of me listening to music of this genre and tbh Avicii was is and will be my favourite artist out of all. Your music is not just melodies and computer-generated files – it's also about inspiration love hope and youth cheesy but oh so true. i remember back to my late teens when i started going out me and all my friends fell in love with avicii's sound and creativity. He put out banger after banger and i just really love the way he touched all of our lives we where big fans and we were waiting for every release really excited i remember when Levels was just a id and we where bumping to it every night. you where truly amazing and you still are. RIP and thank you for all the great memories and moments

One of the first songs I ever remember hearing as a kid was Levels. So then I always identify my good memories as a kid to all of Aviciis songs. This is such a blessing and I'm so grateful to be alive to witness your legacy. You will always live on forever in our hearts and minds.
I remember when I first listened to avicii back in 2013 or so.. It was amazing. Just from the very first minutes I heard his song "Waiting for love" I knew that he'd become my favorite singer and he did. Since then to this day I still listen to his songs new and old. Doesn't matter. The day he died I was at school and while I was reading the news I saw it.. and broke into tears. I couldn't believe that he was gone. Forever. I just hope that wherever he is his soul may rest in peace. <3

His music hasn't only characterized mine but also an huge part of everyone of my ages youth. For the first time in my life I actually cried and felt heartache over a person I didn't even know passing away. I'll never forget the first time I heard "Bromance" in 2010 after my schoolmate told me about it and shortly after that I got to see him live in Stockholm at Summerburst. Everything since then is history and I only want to say thanks Tim for all the melodies and moments your music brought us.

It's really hard to put into words what your music means to me. Everytime I listen I feel something. Sometimes happiness sometimes a new idea or perception or sometimes incredible sadness. Your music is genuine and beautiful in a way I don't fully understand but know I love. Knowing you are gone is painful but it hurts the most to think your suicide was not intentional. It still saddens me to think about Tim’s death. Listening to his songs used to make me feel sad but then I realised that Tim didn’t want us to feel bad while listenning to his songs. He wanted us to feel happy and create memories to his songs. Hearing the new songs and lyrics pains me now understanding how bad he felt but it still doesn’t change the fact that Avicii songs are the best ever.
