Thank you Avicii. You were a musical genius and changed EDM forever. Hearing certain songs will always bring back some memories of my teenage years I guess you could say a large number of his songs were the soundtrack to those years. Lost count of how many times I've stuck on a song from Avicii to get me through tough / challenging times. Absolutely gutted I never got to see Avicii live. RIP. ◢ ◤

when i was about 17 i remember Tim through Laidback lukes forum. At the age of now 27 i managed to find the early version of levels in my DAW. Everytime i listen to it then i wish i had a time machine. I am still producing music till this day but very concealed because of my depression. Tim was and is still an inspiration to me. if i ever get a chance to break through even with mental illness one day i will honor him as a fellow scandinavian… you will live forever in your music Tim ??❤️

My journey with Avicii started when I had heard one of his firsts song called "Seek Bromance" released under his real name Tim Berg. Later I really felt in love with a collaboration between him and Nicky Romero "I could be the one". I also loved his solo songs like "You Make Me" "Wake Me Up" "Hey Brother" and many many others songs which he created. Generally I love Avicii's style. It is something different his music has a soul every song tells a different story and this is beautifull. RIP?

I began to appreciating you when I heard for the first time “the night”. It was when we knew about my father’s cancer. When you declared to stop touring I decided to flew in Ibiza: there I could see you playing your music. I think that was my better decision I will never forget that night. The only thing i hate of my life is not met Tim before he passed away one of my dreams was met him and told him about how much he inspired me on life and music and how much his music helped me in the worst moments im making a tribute to him wiht my music now but im still not ready for that. I feel so thankful for been able to saw him grow. He is a legend and a big brother to me i hope someday to make you smile with my music. At 25 I lost a close of friend of mine and decided to travel. I listened to Tim’s music a lot while I was away it was a comfort and gave me a release to the pain I felt. I had never met Avicii but I've listen to his music for a very long time. The first song I've listened from him was Hey Brother and since that song i felt his magic on music.
