His music was a big deal when I was in middle school. Had a lot of meaning hidden in his music. I myself prefer oldies between 1920s to 1990s but with Avicii there was an exception. I'm going to miss him like an old friend. Wish he's somewhere nice playing his music in a bright and nice place no other. Lots of love from Sweden's loving neighbor Finland. When I heard your pasted away I didn't believe it. I came out on terrace and stareed in the stars. After a 2 hours of crying I saw you and I told myself ”You are still alive Tim”. After that I came to terrace every time when i feel it need. Thank you Tim . YOU ARE STILL ALIVE

When I had my first day in the secondary school. I was really scared and full of stress. A music teacher played "Wake Me Up" to welcome the new students. At that moment a lot of stress and fear began to fade away. A journey of love and music started for me that day. I am very happy and grateful for his joy sharing calm mind making inspiring love making music. Avicii your music feels like home and yes I will live a life I will remeber.

Avicii was one of my inspirations. My dream was to meet him or at least see him perform live. It hurts me that he was hurting. His music guided me since elementary school all the way through high school and now I'm in my 2nd semester of college and nothing will change til the end of time. There's so much love in his music and it cannot go unnoticed. My heart was broken after the news but his music and legacy will live on. ?

I started listening to EDM because of you and cannot remember how many times I have spamed the replay button when I first heard "Levels" and have been your biggest fan since then. I went to my first big EDM festival just to see you. There are so many wonderful persons that I got to know because of you and EDM. My life will be so different without your existence. I remember my first time hearing Wake Me Up I was 11 years it was a hot summers day at church camp and I remember loving every second of it I even remember listening to Friend Of Mine 7 minutes after it came out and it was right before I went to a really fancy restaurant with my cousins so when I heard that S.O.S was coming out I knew that I would love every second of too and I wasnt disappointed Tim you may be gone but yout music and legacy will always remain in our hearts forever. ◢ ◤ ❤️

Wake me up helped me that night a lot. I would turn the volume up and hear something so beautiful. Since then that song means for me safety. I adore his videos with astronauts. ‘levels’ was the first song that made me realise that music could help more than anything else in the world. ‘hey brother’ and ‘the nights’ got my family through neverending drives all with a huge smile on our faces as we screamed the lyrics. ‘without you’ had a riff that made me grin brightening my day and lifting it from whatever depths it had fallen to. every song had a meaning to me reminded me of a place a person a time. and for that thank you! i’m going to miss you to no end tim.
