I used to listen to Avicii all the time in 3rd grade and to be honest i´ve done it since. He was a important person in my childhood and during the time I was growing up. He really helped me through the rough times in life. His songs are so beautiful and the topics are deep and helpful. He was a very smart man…maybe to smart for this cruel world. I hope he is in a better place now and that he knows that he is so loved.

He was a model at the beginning of a DJ career. Thank you Avicii!

You're the reason I love the genre of EDM. Your music guided and supported me throughout my first two difficult years of college providing me comfort and happiness when I thought there was none. The euphoria and elation contained within your art will continue to comfort and bless everyone who hears it. I wish I could thank you in person for what your music gave to my life…maybe one day I will get to. RIP Tim.

When I was a child my dad used to DJ a lot there was never a day we didn't at least mix an Avicii song in there. I was going through a rough time growing up but Avicii gave me something to look forward to with my dad. You will be forever loved thank you for everything.

I was tried to suicide twice. When first time i heard Tim's music is 4 years ago and I don't know any electronic music before. My dad pass away 3 years ago everyday I wanna die want to trying to die again after I listen 'the nights' on youtube make me feel was like my dad talk to me that actually heal me all that time. Now you go no one can heal me anymore without you only you can help me is you save my life I mean thank you. I'l keep going and better with my mom.

Been a year yet everytime I listen to Avicii's music my heart goes out wishing and hoping he was among us. Bless his soul 🙂

I’ve done this before in January. I had to manually scroll through 34 pages of memories to find it. It really inspires me to see so many people remembering him for the life he lived. You can see his spirit living on in current songs (e.g. No Sleep High on Life by Martin Garrix come to mind.) We won’t forget him artists won’t forget him and his spirit lives on in music everywhere. Tim indirectly guided me through the struggles of a teenage life bullying social anxieties and depression. When I heard Levels back in the ninth grade I absolutely fell in love with the genre of EDM and music production. That spear headed my journey and purpose into life of becoming an acoustic engineer and producer. I now study Audio Engineering and Acoustics and have intentions of pursuing a Ph.D when I graduate in a year. Without Tim's music I would not have found my passions in life.

It is so sad and endless we have to live without Tim ! The Songs are Love for the heart end endless for the Rest of our lives. Not many people knew him he was a such a beautiful shy introverted Person the was i saw in the dokumentary Rest in Peace and the Family be happy and take the memories sadness doesn’t help !! When I was a 22 years I was fall in a depression. I was hurting myself. One day I discovered Avicii. His music encouraged me so much. Finally I beat the depression and his music stayed with me. Last year I fall again in depression shortly after that Avicii passed away. But I remebered something: If he saved me once he can save me now even if he died. Recently I decide to get this tattoo to remember me why I’m standing here and when I’m sad I listen his music to find peace. Thank much Tim.

2 years ago my school had a trip to Costa Rica. At the time I didn't have many friends and none went on the trip with me so I was alone the whole trip. My favourite memory from that trip was doing my own thing while listening to Avicii and I had an absolute blast thanks to his music. I got to give myself a chance to really live the life I want to live and it's all thanks to Tim. Thank you Avicii ill see you in heaven!

I had downtime in my life when I was in twelfth grade. I was disillusioned and I pushed everyone away. Then one day I walked into a comic store and Avicii's "Hey Brother" was playing; I sat in a corner and cried. After a while I met the store owner and asked him to put the song on repeat. I sang along to this song for close to 2 hours and after I left the store I felt free. Avicci always had a special place in my heart after that incident. I was devastated when I heard the news. Just when i thought EDM died a death from lack of originality you came along and took me back to my 20's with fond memories of 90's EDM and revived my love for this music. Thank you my friend you will be missed by even us EDM oldies… 🙂
