Yesterday a German music TV channel celebrated its 15th anniversary. Over the last couple of months people got to vote for their Top 100. They played a lot of your music (clips). It felt like walking down a memory lane. A good one. Music from the beginning of your career until you left. Looking back it feels odd to watch the “Wake Me Up” Clip that somehow became the anthem of your passing. Anyways I think one again people proofed that they are still in love with your music. Thank you 🙂

I remember when I was a child we used to dance Avicii's songs and it was incredible because nowadays I listen to those songs and I remember to all of those dances and memories a have. Dancing is my life and his music gave us inspired to create and enjoy a little bit more our lives. Thank you avicii those I won't never forget those memories <3

I was only 17 when i first had the chance to see avicii live i was with all my older friends and it seemed like an experience for a life time. We were five guys dressed in all pink and after that night i continued to see avicii every chance i was able too. He was not just a DJ he was one of the first people to influence the industry with positive music that gave back to our generation and we can not thank this man enough. We continue to listen to your songs on youtube never forget. .

My first concert ever was avicii's! I never felt so much love and heart filled music before. Til this day his music is a remembrance of that him and that day.

Avicii impacted my life so much as a fellow producer and DJ on the rise(I hope) as he was one of the big artists to really get me into it and inspire me growing up I just wish I could've saw him play live once and truly experience the passion of music he puts out everytime he plays and creates music.

Tim meant a lot to me. He’s swedish like I am and I’ve met him a couple of times and I really felt a connection between us. That he’s gone is just totally not accepting. I can’t accept the fact that he has left earth. He was and will always be my hero. I miss you…

Just a few days ago I learned that Avicii has taken away his life. It was an immense shock to me how somebody so handsome so full of life and in love with the music can do so. He seemed to have many friends and his life seemed like a dream come true. He succeeded in becoming famous and earning a lot of money. On the outside he had it all. But who knows what was on his inside. People should pay more attention to the inner feelings of their relatives and friends. Wake me up – forever in my heart

I just found out he died. His music was revolutionary. My son with autism would listen to "Hey Brother" quite often. I believe it was Avicii who inspired him to start making music.

Nie dociera do mnie że mój idol nie żyje ~ choć minęło już prawie rok od tej wstrząsającej informacji. I spent my elementary years listening to Avicii and now I’m about to finish my first year of highschool. It doesn’t seem that long but looking back it seems like a lifetime. I have so many good memories that involve Tims music so a lot of the time it’s hard for me to listen to them. The feelings of nostalgia and the realization that I will never get to thank Tim in person for how he has shaped my life makes me tear up every time I hear one. I was in Calculus class complaining about how Avicii had not released songs in a while so I started to listen to his Spinnin Sessions set. While I was listening to his set my friend told me he had died. Of course it made me extremely sad but I believed it was the best moment for me to find out. Shortly after I got his logo tattooed on my left wrist. His music brought real joy to many of us and helped us get through difficult times. He will always be remembered deeply by millions.

Having had a mutual friend and having the furtune to meet Tim a few times the first being well before le7els was released and enjoying every track he released without realising how true many of the lyrics were to his actual life he was such a humble guy with zero malice doing what he loved and making people happy it was never about the money or fame just about Tim sharing his stories through the music a true legend in edm wherever he is at least we know he will be making music and memories
