Tim I'm sorry I'm so late to the party here as I just found out about your passing. I'm really bad about keeping up with the news but I know that's not an excuse. I just wanted to say thank you for having such a positive affect on millions around the globe and for your beautiful music. I knew of you and some of your songs but never really discovered you until you died which is sad to me. Its hard I cry a lot because I can’t belive your not alive now but I take comfort in your music it makes me happy and puts a smile on my face. It’s saved more times then anything else and helped me through my toughest times. I know I never knew you but I feel like I did because I feel connected to you through your music. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to see Tim 's #TRUETOUR performance on June 29th 2014 at the Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow Virginia. We took a road trip up from Florida to Pennsylvania. We knew we needed to experience watching him perform. The concert was amazing. The show helped rekindle our relationship. The energy and music made this one of the best concerts we ever attended. Tim and the music he created will always have a special place in our hearts. RIP Avicii

I just happen 2 c the documentary about Tim on Netflix. I know some of his songs but barely knew anything about this wonderful fellow. All I understand is that ‘wake me up’ is not only a tremendous song but meanwhile a great legacy and cry for all this young guy wanted: do his thing in a smooth way. Maybe it was some kind of testament. Bless you Tim
Recuerdo cuando Tim estaba por empezar un set en su primer Ultra fest me decia ¡esto es una locura!.Talvez no pueda tengo miedo de que algo salga mal y yo le dije Tim. Recuerdo la vez en que te decia estas hecho para vivir momentos que no muchos pueden vivir no seas tonto vivelos y toma una foto de cada uno de estos y asi cuando veas cada foto lo podras recordar no solo como un momento sino como el fragmento de una aventura más a tu vida.

Avicii fue el que me metio a este mundo de la musica electronica por que de pequeño ya escuchaba musica de el pero no sabia que eran de el hasta que ya tuve por primera vez contacto a internet y la verdad este tiempo que duro hizo buena musica y lamentablemente murio y siempre lo recordaremos todos los que lo seguian.
I remember the first time I listened to Tim’s beautiful art. ‘Sillhouettes’ was the first. I fell an instant connection to Tim and his music which will live within me forever. Even though I am very young I still listened/listen to Tim's songs and they have been able to help me through some dark/sad times. He also inspired me to be just like him. I will carry on his memory through everything I do. I love you Tim. T^T
His music was there for the big moments of my teenagehood his music gave me comfort during my the lows and a way to celebrate the highs. seeing him live is a memory I will treasure forever and I will make sure my children will know who he was and what his music means to me and so many others. Remember Tim the next time external forces drive you to do something you don't want to do. Reflect on 'Who wins emotionally?' if you give in to their pressure. If it's not you don't wait. Cut the chord. I believe that Tim's spirit wants us to realize this because he loves. RIP AVICI!

i remeber the first time i heard avicii's music i was sitting in my room playing fifa 15 when i hear nights and i looked up more of his music and absolutly fell in love with him and his music

It was sad to see such a talented young man leave so early It's sad to see this because a lot of talented young artist left too But they will forever be in our heart our head and their songs. I was trying had to make myself believe that it was a not a fake news. Even today I don't feel like I have completely accepted the truth that you are no longer among us in flesh and blood. My will to one day see you live shall be an unfulfilled dream. We will remember you for the ends of time. You live on in our hearts. R.I.P.

After watching the film on Tom I felt moved. Tom spoke with such brilliance he knew exactly how to tell you what he was feeling. He seemed like such an incredible person he contained so much talent. He was more of an introvert not someone who wanted to be famous but someone who loves what they do and wants to share it. It was horrible seeing his health both mentally and physically decline. And he couldn't save himself… Music was your escape Avicii your music will keep you with us forever.

When I first found out of Avicii I didn't no what kind of music I was into but then I found Avicii and he then showed me the kind of music I like or even love. Avicii will be remembered as a legend and my favorite song would have to be 'Hey Brother' because it reminded me of me and my brother when I went away for a weekend or for a match he always said 'come back not bigger or smaller or stronger or weaker come back as you and not in a hospital. I will always remember Avicii in my heart. 🙂

Im from Mexico. I discover Avicii in 2011 listening "Levels" in the radio. I feel a kind of special connection with Tim. I born on September 8 in 1999 Ten years exactly after Tim and when i read the news and see that tragedy in Abril 20 2018 i feel very very sad the whole day. I started play the "Stories" Album in my speakers very loud and i start singing and dancing in all the room and when "Waiting For Love" came… I broke in cry. I miss Tim so much. His music was perfect. RIP

I dont think people will ever understand the impact Avicii had on our generation. Most people only started listening to EDM because of him. A huge loss to music and mankind.
This might sound silly but I'm 66 grew up with the beautiful melodies of Beach Boys' harmonies and I've only just discovered Avicii and 2 of his best songs (this and Hey Brother). I guess I'll spend the rest of my days trying to catch up to what great music he left behind. Sad to have only found him after he's gone….

I remember getting picked up from school and hearing Levels on the radio. I didn’t know who it was by but I knew it was pure genius. It was perfect in every way. That is when Avicii began in my musical life. Because of Tim I learnt piano to speak Swedish and to smile. I never met Tim but every day he made me smile. He STILL makes me smile seeing videos of him. He changed EDM for the better and as a fan I am so proud of him and he is missed dearly. Happy new year to his family and friends x
