When I first got into electronic music around 2010 Avicii was my favourite artist and has been since. I listen to his music whenever I can and it came to me as a shock to hear about his passing 🙁 He mixed so many genres creating absolutely beautiful songs and remixes. And as many artists have stated it's a true shame to lose such an amazing human being to the music industry – I can't imagine what he has been going through all those years of intense touring and traveling.. Words cannot express how much I regret that you passed away. You were to fragile to kind and gentle. I really hope that you found the peace you needed. Avicii is undeniably one of the best artists who had ever lived his music is so enjoyable to listen to. It will never die out! It's true however I didn't really get that much into Avicii but there was a time in my life I needed to let go of things and his music helped a lot. The power of music is so strong. I had been having thoughts of suicide but one thing that gave me a sense of happiness was listening to Tim's music. He inspired me and gave me hope. He sparked my passion for music and since then I've been working with it because of Tim. To see him go was a devastating blow for everyone but let's not dwell on his passing and remember Tim for who he was and how he changed the lives of many. Thank you Tim Bergling for everything.

Avicii it is hard to put into words how your music and influence had touched me. You had the remarkable ability to tell elegant stories and show deep rooted love though your music. Walking the line in both EDM and pop your songs showed me to never waste time in my life sitting and wait for what I should go out and get on my own like love or friendship and most of all taking every moment the fun time the shit times peaceful ones and the hectic ones and just enjoy it just in that moment.

I miss him like a lot and I never knew what he looked like I just listened to his music he had died the same day my teacher passed away from cancer but he inspired so many people to follow your dreams and that anything is possiable.
I remember when I listened his song WAKE ME UP for the first time and I cant believe he died 4 days before my b-day. Avicii will be remembered r.i.p 1989-2018 he died at the age 28. Tim Berglin was a great DJ who was know for his career. I was inspired by Tim to make electronic dance music and even take production classes. I will never forget the time I saw him play his set at Ultra Miami in the spring of 2016 is was the most beautiful melodic harmonious set I have ever seen to this very day. Tim thank you for being a gentle soul and I am so sorry you lost yourself in the process. From what I can gather none of it was your fault. Your music will live on as your memory and you will never truly die.

The first and last time i saw Tim it was at Ushuaia in Ibiza. This was Tim’s last show ever.. His music is great. The lyrics always touches my hart. Forever missed.

As a massive fan I was so excited to see you come to the Netherlands for a concert in 2014. I had to be there first so I was waiting there for over 6 hours to be all up front of the stage. It was something I won't forget. Everytime I felt down your music kept me away from the evil thoughts. I hoped it did the same for you. Still your music inspires me to live a life I will remember. Tim saved my life. His music saved from attempting suicide. The song that truly spoke to me was "The Nights" because I lost my father when I was 7 and hearing this song saying the same thing that my dad used to say just motivated me to keep going. Once I was in church. The pastor showed the clip of 'Hey Brother'. Then she explained the story how I never heard it. The song became very special. When you really listen to the lyrics and watch the clip you know the true story! Later the pastor explained Wake me up. About daring to be different and together you are stronger. Long story short: Avicii tought us life lessons. I thank him for that.

It's still really hard to make sense of it all and to accept it. Even 6 months later I get the hurt by the fact that you're not here anymore. When I first heard the song "Wake Me Up" it reminded me of a time when I was myself up at Silver Lake. I felt like there was never a problem ever and it sounds cheesy but it is very much true. When I got home and back to school I felt so out of place and I lost most if not all my friends so everybody always looked at me weirdly and I hated it that feeling. So thank you so much Avicii so giving the feelings of being myself and never being alone. You're very much missed by me.
