Avicii you have always been my number one insparation for years. You’re music has helped me through many diffucult times in my life and helped me try and stay happy and to want to achieve something as great as you did. I am 14 years old and have been listening to your music everyday since I was 6 and still am. Your music talent and kindness will forever live on in my life. Rest in peace Tim and remember one day you’ll leave this world behind so live a life you will remember 🙂

Dear Tim Aka Avicii I hope you’re finally resting in peace wherever you are. Despite having your own personal struggles you were able to withstand it for a long time by creating music that had an everlasting impact to everyone. With your music you were able to help others withstand or overcome their own struggles and I would have wished something could have helped you overcome it too. You were the first EDM artist I listened to and most influential for you sparked the start of the EDM era.

When I was 15 a friend threw a couple track Tim's it was -Wake me uplevels hits of that time I really liked them so I got acquainted with EDM music and in particular with Avici. 7 years have passed and I still listen and enjoy his music I realized that then a change occurred in my head and heart Tim's music brought joy and funand to this day I listen to her and my body is filled with light and cheerfulness.Tim like his music will always live with me in my head and my heart.R.I.P Tim!

One of my biggest dreams has always been to witness Avicii live on stage. He was and still is my favorite artist and I listen to his music every day. The thought of knowing that I'll never see him live on stage and that I'll never get to be excited over new music from him is devastating. Prayers to the family. Avicii’s music helped me cope with the problems in my life. The day I found out he died I was in shock. For some reason his death seemed… almost personal. As if maybe a loved one had died. Everything seemed to go slower. I think about him a lot and listen to his music to start up my mornings everyday. Avicii has inspired me to create. His music has impacted my life more then anyone could know. I miss him a lot. Rest In Peace Tim.

I remember as a gamer kid listening to LEVELS at full volume. I'm still listening to that track but in the clubs instead. Wake Me Up took everyone and everything by storm. Even people who never listen to EDM absolutely loved it. I still hear it today and it will always be my favorite song. Beautiful lyric by aloe and beautiful composition by Tim! I met a Swedish girl at my work. We grew together however she was never going to be in Australia forever. I experienced so many things with her. She gave me a new lease on life.. to this day I’m still in love with her. Every time we partied or had a night out we would listen to Avicii. He brought us another kind of love. It’s amazing how things like this happen. I can’t thank you enough.. I’ll never listen to music the same;

I enjoyed your songs your productions and your hardwork for everything you did for the EDM industry. I never loved any DJ as deep as how I enjoy your music. The first song I heard was LEVELS you changed my perception of where I used to think EDM is just combinations of noise of beats and lousy musics because I think music should be a creation for us humans to relax after hearing it. I was and still am a shy person; finding someone whom found the same intrests was kinda difficult. I found Tim and listened to his music often. One day someone who I didn't well came up to me and sai that he enjoyed Avicii as well; we're best friends now and we have our own clique because we all share Tim's music. It's a small world.

avicii to me was the first song and album i bought and his music showed emotion my favourite was hey brother which i really liked his music was the first i heard the type of edm. hearing of his passing was truly sad i never ever had been to his shows and always had dreamed to go to one of his concerts his music has inspired so many people thank you avicii for a ll the great music you made and the amount of people you have inspire throught out your time in the music industry r.i.p

I remember when I first heard his music but didn't know what the song was called. Around a year after I got Horizon and heard his first record breaking hit: Levels. Immediately fell in love. Then I got my hands on horizon 3 and heard Wake Me Up. Had me listening until today and is a masterpiece. After that were other songs like Hey brother and etc. Earlier this year a friend told me about what happened and didn't believe it at first. It broke my heart that we couldnt hear more of his songs.

I loved Avicii so much. His music inspired me a lot and so did he. He was one of the best DJ's I had/have ever experienced. When "Wake Me Up" can out I didn't actually know who the song was by. I just knew I liked it A LOT. I finally found out who the song was by after going to a hockey game with my brother-in-law and they did a tribute video to Avicii. I started crying when I found out that one of the songs I couldn't get out of my mind was written by someone like him. I will miss Avicii a lot.

Music is touching and his was especially. Through difficult times or easy times his music always related and brought love to my heart. I never knew him personally and probably never would have but he will always be forever in my heart.

I’ve never met Tim. I never got to see him perform. I just remember Wake Me Up being the only song that got me out of a bad time. The song These Nights getting me moving. The song Hey Brother making me appreciate what I have. And the song Without You making me cry. I never knew how hard it was to miss someone until he died. I never knew I loved him until he was gone. I did not know of Avicii's struggles in life until after he passed. The constant travel pressure to perform and subsequent drinking eventually took its toll as he sought to find meaning and happiness in life. He touched millions of people through his music and continues to do so. He has inspired me to live with no regrets and promote peace and love as he would have wanted. R.I.P Avicii. I really never thought in how many ways the music from Avicii will change my perspective of music. I started to listen to Avicii's music back in 2013 and then I wanted more and more of his talent to inspire mine. His music is not only to just dance or have fun moments while you are listening to but also to put your headphones on and try to understand how his mind created and structured all the sounds how his mind worked his music really took my creativity in too many ways.

I remember back in primary school when I first heard of Avicii his music was something different and amazing I listened to levels all the time and as the years went by I kept listening to his music adding it to my playlists and shared it with friends. Whenever I was out on my weekend job delivering newspapers in my town I would always listen to it. It never grew old. And till this day I still do and always will. I grew up with your music Avicii. Thank you for everything.

My boyfriend's a huge fan of Avicii. He told me that as a child he listened to his songs on the radio everyday on his way home after school. I was quite moved about all that memories and feelings around Avicii. Rest In Peace wherever you are now.
