I started listening to Avicii when I found his song “Hey Brother” and that was only about a year before he died but I listened to everything he put out in that short amount of time.
My friends and I were at a party and it started playing Avicii I was never really close to them but while we were dancing to wake me up it just brought us closer. R.I.P Avicii. Gone but never forgotten.
Avicii is my favorite artist of all time and has made me a better person. RIP.

Dear Tim you showed me the light when I was feeling bad! I became a happier person with you! I'm so sorry if I did something wrong or like a crazy fan pushed you to the limits! Now I know how strong you were by handling anxiety all by yourself! You brought me into music and one thing I will know forever: you were my biggest inspiration for me you meant success! Levels' … with this song everything has started. I got my first car and I drove to work with open windows and the radio tuned up full volume. Always a good feeling ♥ and all the other songs like 'wake me up' or 'waiting for love' put me back to my youth. I will keep my memories with you and your music in my mind ♥ a great musician has left us to soon ….. A requiem & a halleluja for you in heaven ♥ ~life is too short but melody lives on~ R.I.P.

Everytime I listen to your music I feel so many different emotions: sadness joy but most of all excitement especially when low tones go to high tones. I can not explain well but I get goosebumps. Det här är så svårt att greppa många månader har gått men det är fortfarande tomt inom mig. Jag kände inte ens dig men har aldrig blivit så betagen utav av en "kändis" bortgång. Fartyget skulle ha bromsats för länge sen du skulle ha kommit hem till Sverige du skulle ha omgivit dig av personer som stod neutrala i din framgång. Allt är så osagt inget leder till någon förståelse. Vilket är frustrerande. Nyper mig armen men är kvar i verkligheten. En utav Sveriges största musik under är borta.

Came here after seeing "True Stories". I have always liked his music but now I feel even deeper appreciation for him as an artist.He was so actively involved in everything. I can't believe he was going through so much. Still he kept goingkept trying.He is immortalized through his work and I feel lucky to have lived in the same time period as him. It feels like I lost a big part of my teenage years.I still remember listening to "Wake me up" for the 1st time.Good times.Feels like another lifetime

Not a day has gone by that I haven't listened to an Avicii song since Tim's passing. I didn't realize HOW big of a fan I was of him until after he passed. It breaks my heart to know such a beautiful and talented soul felt so lost in this world. His music has touched my life and has helped me through difficult times. I hope he has found peace and happiness where he now is and that his loved ones and fans can heal knowing he is free of his anxiety.
Tim allowed so many people to find a meaning in life from his music. I hope he found peace and is looking down admiring his legacy. I thank his entire family for sharing him with the world. Rest easy Avicii
