He inspired me to start making music he basically took my life to where it is right now. Tim was and still is a crucial part of my development as a person and I couldn´t be more thankful. Now he's gone to a better place but his legacy will last until the sun stops shining. Thanks for all you've done to our lives Tim. ◢◤See you in the other side◢◤

I can still remember those days before he became really famous… that was 7 or 8 years ago… No one was really into Trance anymore but man oh man I remember this episode of Tiesto's Clublife and he dropped Levels still one of my all time favourites. Avicii made beautiful music and he made the world beautiful. Thank you for sharing your talent and rekindling my passion for Electronic Dance Music. Till we meet again Rest In Peace brother.

Avicii and his music meant a lot to me. Levels has been my favourite song for a long time and I even learnt how to play it on the piano because I loved it so much! I always wanted to see Avicii live but never got the chance. RIP
I first heard of Avicii back in 2011 when my retail store underwent a playlist change. I heard "Levels" and while I didn't immediately fall in love with EDM it was a catalyst for sure. Sadly by the time I really got involved with the EDM scene Avicii had retired. I was hoping that maybe one day I could meet him but now I never will. Avicii's death hit me hard as if a family member of mine died. I have a whole new outlook on life now I can never look at it the same anymore. RIP

When I overheard "Wake me up" at one of my difficult times I subconciously fell in love with your music. I really only "discovered" you about a year ago. Fears of shallowness boredom and unfulfilling life just clear away with every "Waiting for Love" and "The Nights". You inspire me to no end.
He made me in love with dance genre because of him everyday i feels the need to make music the need to improve my producing skill for now its just a dream someday i'll be on stage & control the crowd like you did with your music. Wake Me Up really hit me in 2013 from that moment i knew i want to spend the rest of my life producing music.
I started making music cuz of him. I feel there will be other great musicians but nothing like Tim really. I wish there was a way to go back in time and help him out.
