It is such a pity that I only started paying attention to your music after the sad event.. But I dug myself so deep into it and discovered you to have been a wonderful such a deep soul. You were a good person I could feel it in my heart. So I grieved as if I had lost a person close to me. I am so incredibly sorry for what you had to go through I really am. Avicii was a true artist and made me feel that I could have fun when times are difficult. That is because of the combination of his beautiful melodies and understanding lyrics that he wrote. We both grew up in this ultra connected world where young people party endlessly and live their lives with a feeling that the world is theirs and that they can achieve anything which turns out to be an illusion. Dear Avicii I recently contemplated taking my own life. I then met someone who has since become what I consider my best friend. He gave me lifts to and from my workplace as we were at first primarily colleagues; usually very early in the morning for the former journey. He introduced me to the large body of your music. Listening to your works such as the `dear-boy` remix while watching the sunrise made me feel alive again. Thanky-You for everything.

I was a basic kid obsessed with bands that looking back seem pretty cliché. In 2013 I stumbled upon Avicii's music and fell in love with it. I found out he was coming to my city for Untold Festival and I bought a ticket just so I could see him but instead I found out about the entire EDM culture and fell completely in love with the whole genre. Tim changed my life forever and I am in awe of everything he did for me. He made my world a happier place. RIP legend. I'll miss you forever.
