Avicii's music brought me and my family together. and to this day i am still sharing his music with my friends. When I first heard his music I was 7 years old and now i am 11 about to be 12 and still listen to his music even though he is gone.

I was 7 years old when I heard Avicii's songs. Now I'm 15 I still adore him. In 2018 my beloved grandmother passed away I fell into depression. I feel better now 4 years later. I'm from Russia I love Avicii and I know that there are a lot of his fans in our country! 🙂

Hey boy Since day one when we was together and meet for the first time at techno parade in Paris back in 2009 I knew that you will grow from the ground to the top. Avicii will stay one of the best artist in the world history after 2pac. Big up to the real Swedish legend and never forget my friend from where you are "legends never die". X

Wake me up was that song truly woke me up. At first heard I was charmed by tunes but lyrics began give me some doubts of interpretation. I remember I asked to my nephew if it was normal that such a young guy sang this kind of words. We both thought Tim was talking about someone else. Doubts remained unchanged over the years even with the subsequent tracks till I read the terrible news on 20th April 2018. Life passed me by I woke up without opening my eyes. It wasn’t fine by me😢

Legend never die

My mom was freshly diagnosed with thyroid cancer and was recovering from surgery the night I heard “Hey Brother” for the first time. I was a kid who knew what was going on but didn’t have the emotional capacity to fully digest everything. I do know however that this song just made me feel alive through that time of being quarantined from my mom as her recovery required radiation medicine. Separated by walls and a couple of doors I was still connected to my mom through Avicii and his music.
