honestly this man created my life and made me more interested in music. started listening to his tracks since the masterpiece levels released and still remember how shocked I was when I heard the whole album true. he was obviously making history and I could see he was really working hard through documentaries and also the movie. I'm really thankful for him concentrating a lot for his music and making extremely great songs. legends will never be forgotten. Big love from Japan.

Avicii's music brings out the feelings we all have inside of us. Whether it's happy sad depressed or a music high at the club Avicii's music was always there to to bring it out. I loved being a part of the togetherness and memories that his music created all over the world. It is easy to just let everything go in your mind when you listen to his music. It saddens me to write this shortly after his birthday and he will be greatly missed. All the love.

I listened to one of his songs from his album “True” and I said “Oh my God I know this song!” I had heard that song before but didn’t know who made it. I was so excited because the beats and melodies of his music make me move they calm me but most of all they make me sad. Avicii really helped me through some tough times. His music like Wake Me Up was a really good one that may have saved my life. His song Heaven shows me that he might have been thinking about christianity because he knew he was going to die soon because of appendicitis. I was having a hectic/busy day ahead of my father's upcoming internment at the National Cemetery. I was flipping through the satellite radio channels and hit "Wake Me Up" and I must say that in that moment I just felt so sad that a person 6 years my junior was in such despair. We aren't alone on this planet but there is no denying we can become isolated. As I am laying my father to rest I will also have Avicii in my thoughts and hope he has found the eternal peace he needs and deserves.

Followed Tim's music since I was probably 11 years old. I remember finding his early work on Soundcloud and started following his work even learning FL Studio and getting interested in music production. I'm 21 now. I'm not a fan of EDM but his music was an exception in all of that. His music pushed me through losses and wins ups and downs. I am forever grateful to him for that. His name and work will be with me as long as I live and passed down to future generations.
