Back when I was around my preteen years my mother and I had a store in Old Town New Mexico. We would always turn on the radio and it was a guarantee that Avicii would pop up. Songs like "Wake Me Up""The Nights""Hey Brother"(mom's favorite) and of course "Levels" played. His songs always seemed to lighten up my mood I could feel the love and honesty in the lyrics. For a kid that felt apathetic for most of their childhood that was what I needed. Made a poem I wish could share it somehow.

4 years ago I wrote Avicii's management an email explaining how I was a college student in the US and how big of a fan I was. So in other words I wrote a similar email to the hundreds of emails telling the same exact story. To Avicii it didn't matter. Within a day I had a response from his team thanking me for the support and offering a gift of a signed picture of Tim. This not only showed me the kindness of the team but the way Tim liked to treat all humans with love and respect. RIP

i think about you every single day! you inspired millions to go after their dreams and work hard. Listening to your music makes me break down and cry but in some ways it’s helps me remember all the memories i’ve had while you were alive. i wish you would have realized how amazingly special and talented you were and that life will always go on no matter what happens. thank you for impacting my life you are the reason i’m still fighting. love you.
