I remember the very first time I knew his music by hearing "Wake Me Up" randomly on a music streaming site. I was a young boy not knowing any types of music style but I was in love with the song and his music at that moment. Avicii's music is not only about "blowing" the audience it has the deep meaning which is beautiful to me. "Wake Me Up" has been my favourite and it will be there forever along with other masterpieces those have "Avicii" on the artist name. Wish I can wake you up!

Sadly I didn't get the chance to see Avicii live or even be lucky enough to meet him. But I feel lucky enough because I can say I somehow grew up with his music. So many sweet junior high & high school memories have his music's signature on them. As long as your music is signed in these memories I'll never forget you Tim. I'll always miss you so will everyone else but I hope you're fine wherever you are. <3

Back in 2014 my Dad gave me the album "True" on CD. It was my birthday present. It had given me so much joy but I had lost it a few months later. My Dad purchased me another "True" album and a few months before Avicii's passing I found the first one. Thank you Avicii. You created some of the best memories that I will keep for the entirity of my life.

I’ve been Tim’s fan since 2011. ‘Levels’ were everywhere at that time so this is the record that started it all for me. Through all these years he always had (and will have) a special place in my heart.. I remember just randomly singing ‘I Could Be The One’ on April 20th 2018 – just about 1 hour before I found out the news that broke my heart. I don’t know how to call this – a special connection or smth? His songs are always with me trough thick and thin and I’m forever thankful to Tim.

When I was 12 I was in the car one night with my mom. She was driving and playing songs on the aux cable. Then she told me “Hey David check out this song called “Blessed” by a DJ named Avicii.” That was my first ever EDM song. I never stopped listening to EDM since then. Now I produce my own music and I’ve been trying to get gigs to DJ at clubs. EDM is a dying genre in my city but everything I do now I owe it all to Tim. Tim inspired me to stay true to my sound and led me to find my passion

I remember listening to "Wake Me Up" and "Hey Brother" when I built LEGOs as a child creating worlds of my own at the counter next to the staircase. I fell in love with Tim's music more and more as I listened to his songs on repeat. I can still recall playing "Friend of Mine" when I first began dating my girlfriend and how his more poignant songs resonated with me when my life seemed at its worst. I will forever miss you Tim. I may have never met you but I still think of you every day.

Avicii was my #1 favorite artist around the time I graduated high school. Every time he released something I listened to it on repeat. Sadly I only started raving long after he had stopped touring. When I heard he was going to return I was so excited. It broke my heart that his story came to the end it did. I cry when his music comes on even today. We all could stand to remember Tim and always show artists love and never hate so that this tragedy never happens to another ever again.

I remember my sister introducing me to music when I was around 7 and became so touched by his music growing up I’m now 15. My dream was to one day see him perform in Tomorrowland when I grew up but that dream isn’t possible with the one man i always dreamed of meeting. I got the news during school and I was so hurried to go home i almost cried during class because of how much his music impacted me but I would love to thank him for his music and memories of me and my sister singing to his music.

One man can save millions but millions can’t save one man.

Damn I miss him so much. I was always looking forward to his next single and his next album. Even when there was no news on a release in sight I knew it eventually would come. This will be the last one. I feel like it’s the end of an era in my life. All the great music he put out is associated with a certain stage in my life. He made my life better. His work made me so happy. Part of me is excited for June but the other part is very sad because it’s likely there won’t be another release.RIP

That minute I had fallen in love with dance music and with your music. Even though you're not with us anymore your music is the the spark that ignites the lifetime of happiness and joy. I really wish i could go back in time and go to one of your concerts listen to your music while you are up on that stage to see you once. When i heard you died i was in the middle of class i asked my teacher if i could go to the washroom i started crying for about a half hour. i loved your music i really wish i could have met you man you changed my whole perspective on life with your music.
