He was a really good artist and even a better person based on what I have heard❤️ When I was 14/15 I'm now 16 I was in a depression and every time I listened to his music it helps a lot. And first I thought: Avicii is an DJ he lives the best life that exists but when I saw his documentaire I realized that being an artist is even heavier than leading a normal life since then I had a lot of respect of all the artists. And that's why I LOVE AVICII AND THE PERSON BEHIND HIM TIM❤️

Avicii introduced me to a world of music that has changed my perspective and approach. I can only hope to one day touch lives the way he touched mine. Rest easy.
I was depressed in 7th grade and that was also the year that I got into electronic dance music. I remember listening to The Nights and watching the music video that song gave me a whole new perspective on life that it didn't have to be boring or plain. You should live your life to the fullest there is so much more in life than the mean judgemental kids I used to go to school with. Avicii's song The Nights and the music video made me give life a second chance it made me want to live again.
I have had a rough past and you saved me. The energy that your songs gave me were incredible. You will be remembered forever.
I miss you more and more everyday. I lost two of my favorite singers this year. You were one of them. I hope you pain is gone and you are having the best time.

I remember when was so depressed I didn't even want to get up or move until "Wake me up" started playing I my mind. I started to cry because there was so much truth in the song especially when it said in the first verse "they say I'm too young to understand. They say I'm caught up in a dream". Avicii is someone I just recently heard about and it pained me to hear he died. A friend sent me his song "The Nights" and as soon as I listened to it I came to tears. Scrolling through the comments of that video was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Avicii is someone who didn't deserve what came to him. He helped me over come my suicidal thoughts and for that he is a true hero a true legend. He deserved a long happy life. You will always be remembered ◢ ◤

Levels was the first song I ever listened to with my girlfriend and we both became huge fans after. We dropped everything to listen to his new song and even went to Tomorrowland 2015 just to see him. We are now married with 2 kids and still love his music.
My brother – born on November 18 – died on March 26 2018. He was also 28 years old and a passionate musician who left this life which had become so hard by his own choice. Tim I am so so sorry for what you must have felt. 'Hey Brother' is now the most important song in the world to me. Thank you. Thank you.

The very first time I knew Avicii was through his hit song “Levels” from that point moving forward I liked his music and listened to his other songs. I have no definitive answer for which song is the best what I can say is that the songs that both I loved and inspired me in my life are The Nights The Days Broken Arrows Waiting For Love Wake Me Up Gonna Love You and Coldplay’s A Sky Full Of Stars. You were gone too soon Tim. But you will never be forgotten.

Avicii's music was one of a kind. He was a very talented young man who knew how to electrify the crowd at concerts and at clubs around the world. His music left a lasting impression on me and it was one of the few foundations that built my interest in the electronic genre. I was lucky enough to see him DJ live at two separate events in Pittsburgh PA while he was touring. The story of his burnout is a true tragedy that we all wish could have been averted. RIP Tim
