Dear Tim, on April 20th when i saw the news, I was in disbelief. I was even skeptical. Could it be a false news? 1 week later, I tried consoling myself that its a hoax, Avicii didn't just die. He just wanna lead a normal life out of the spotlight. He is somewhere we don't know but he wasn't dead. In June, when the news of your funeral ceremony was released, I still couldn't believe it was you. But wherever you are, I hope you find peace and joy. You deserve nothing but the best. ◢◤ forever.

I remember first hearing the Avicii club mix of Robyn’s “Hang With Me” on Tiesto’s Club Life podcast when I was in college. I knew I heard something special. I was instantly hooked. As someone his age and a music educator myself, it was incredible to see someone with no formal musical training rise to such stardom. It was so tragic when he passed away. The music of Tim Bergling will never be forgotten. Brilliant man and great music. God’s eternal blessings to you.

I studdied music in high school and Aviciis music was always present. We spontaneously sang the songs together in the hallways, recorded covers in the studio and sang acapella versions in the assembly before the summer holidays. He performed at my first ever festival and I learned about how one could incorporate music, light and video and now I work as a stage designer thanks to that revelation.
